  1. As far as my understanding of the Radio mods goes, the mods have to utilize the default ones for the mod to function properly. Which is a bummer, but totally understandable. I wouldn't even know where to begin with the technical know how of modding, but I thought it would cool if there was a way to have a dynamic radio mod. You could download the various radio mods and this mod would be able to swap them out. The pip-boy would list all the modded stations, but playing one station would still be either Classical or Appalachia. That way we're not limited to just the two slots to replace.
  2. Hi, first post here so lmk if I'm doing anything wrong! I am looking for a mod/method I could use to change the backgrounds of companions. I've checked around the internet for mods like this and came up blank. If anyone knows a mod that does this that I might've missed/would be willing to make a mod like this/could point me to character files to mod this myself, that'd be great!
  3. Hi, has anyone came across of tried to create outfit seen in the screenshot below? I think I should be able to find gloves, and maybe tatoos, but have not seen anything close to the hoodie, and facemask is definetly not there. Kinda bums me oout that game has ads, and NPCs dress in such a variety of ways, yet your character is limited without the mods More hilarious when you walk into the clothes shop, and see the ads showing various outfits and they are not available in that shop

Supply lines are useful because a) the building items are shared between each connected settlement, b) That also includes food resources you have in your workshop (corn, mutfriuts, melons, etc), and c) as well as decoration items, which I'm sure makes it easier for people who use the OCDecorator mod. I personally use the Automatron mod and build robots for every supply line (from a lore friendly point-of-view, that WOULD make sense), but I'm sure that others who use that idea like I do, will report a bug about some of these robots eventually after a time losing ALL of their initial modifications, reducing to just protectrons with no armor or weapons. This bug is not game-breaking (as far as I can tell), but still . . . . . So I guess I wanna ask, if there is any mod that offers better supply lines, or fixes this bug. And if not, than I wanna at least suggest it. Hell, it would be easier if one made a mod in which every workshop is already connected, or maybe just a stand-alone mod in which you can build robots for that exact purpose.
  5. Basically, what the title says. Wouldn't it be awesome to have a mod which changes the flag on Paciencia to have the flag of different factions. Mainly, Caesar's Legion and The NCR. But also The Brotherhood of Steel, Ulysses, Courier 6. BoS could possibly be the one with the white stripes, BoS logo and the red background. The Yes-Man one could simply have yes man's face on a white background and Mr. House could have the Platinum Chip or The Lucky 38. The The Ulysses one could have his logo, the one with the star and stripes, and Courier 6 could have the 6 Ulysses paints everywhere. The NCR and Caesar's legion ones are pretty self explanatory. This would be awesome to use on a playthrough for that faction, even though the BoS, Ulysses and Courier 6 aren't really a faction, it would certainly be cool.
  6. So like the title says, that weird dolphin shark thing thats lying dead everywhere. If there was a way to use maybe Skyrims Slaughterfish behavior and put the dolphin shark thing tex/ maps? And then....this....

  8. I've wanted a Mod that could do this for a while and would be very grateful if someone made it. I call it the Cogsworth Trolling Mod Whenever you speak to Cogsworth, instead of calling you by the name you typed in, he will call you by any one of the insult names he has in his repertoire. This also occurs when asking about your current relationship. Pitch: "You get the distinct impression that Cogsworth is somewhat bitter towards you for having abandoned him to the nuclear blast then left him to rot for over two-hundred years. Instead of your name, he now calls you by a select number of colorful handles. Not having a means to fix him, you find yourself stuck suffering your robot servant's unusual, somewhat-charming form of vengeance. Enjoy." Example: Survivor: "Codsworth" Codsworth: "Mr. f*#@face, how may I help?" Survivor: "Is everything alright between us?" Codsworth: "I'm quite happy to be back in your service, Mr. Bastard."
  9. Hi. I'm suggesting a mod, that would add new buttons with related actions to user interface. Example 1 : If you aim at a potion (elixir, flask, ...) you would not only have "Take" option [key E], but you would also have an option for, let's say, "Drink" option [key other than E], without the need to go into inventory and finding it and drinking it from there. Example 2 : You find a helmet, that is better than yours. In vanilla you can "Take" it, which puts it into your inventory. What if you could, using a different keyboard, put it directly on your head and swap your old one for this new one. You know you want to. Example 3 : You are shooting with a bow at an enemy. He is running towards you, getting realy close (not ideal situation for an archer). You see a sword on a weapon rack next to you. You could immediately swap your bow for a sword and get killed with a sword in your hand. Example 4 : Picking herbs. Instead of putting into inventory and searching and then "Learning it's properties a.k.a. Eating", you could skip this hassle and "Sample it" right away! This way we could eliminate the tyrany of inventory and live happily ever after. Of course this could be done much more complex. Swapping the weapons for example : just swap weapon and put the previous into inventory, or drop it (this could be very dramatic, i kinda love it), or add some delay to do so, etc.

In the game there is a line of dialogue with Arngeir after defeating Alduin in Sovngarde asking if Alduin is really dead and I saw this line the other day again and it occurred to me that a Quest mod could be made about this. This can be linked to the fact that the Dragonborn isn't fully trained in the way of the voice. In the vanilla questline when you ask Arngeir if you can be trained more he says it isn't time yet or something like that (I can't quite remember), hinting that there is further training involved. Maybe Alduin can only be properly vanquished by a fully trained Dragonborn. Further training could possibly include shout crafting, meditating on multiple shouts to buff more than 1 shout,and having a power to shout without cooldown for a period of time (Or possibly the ability to shout without cooldown all the time but with a debuff for abusing this like 'sore throat: You cannot shout for 48 hours')
  11. I am aware that the Construction Kit has yet to be released but I feel that I should be getting in on the mod suggestions early. Anywho, was wondering if it'd be possible for someone to do any number of the following: 1) Elder Maxon's cape with a Deathclaw Hide sort of texture. 2) Armor (Helmet, chest piece, arm and leg guards, etc.) of either Deathclaw hide or bone. 3) Some sort of under-armor made of Deathclaw hide. I guess kinda like the Dragon Bone armor from Skyrim in theme but with Deathclaws. Like you go out and hunt the things for bits and parts and turn their remains into better-than-combat-armor gear. I could see the gear having superb DR and Rad Resist (Like optimization of the gear could give you a decent chance in the Glowing Sea) but no Energy Resist to speak of. I dunno, just an idea.
  12. I am not sure if this is the correct way to go about it, but i'll hope that some kind modder will see this & make this mod i'm about to suggest. You see, i tend to collect certain items for each character i create in roleplay-games such as Skyrim. One type of object i especially love to collect are Filled Black Soul Gems. While this might seem strange, it's just something i like to do. But it was because of this habit that i had an idea; Could you not add a sound effect to the Black Soul Gem's so you can hear the soul trapped within? While this wouldn't serve any real gameplay benefits, it would do wonders for the roleplaying aspect. Especially for me, who often play as a villain who collects the damn things. Just imagine it; walking down into the cellar in your Lakeview Manor & approaching the Altar where you have stacks upon stacks of Black Soul Gems. To listen to a personal choir of weeping souls begging to be released from their everlasting torment. Mmmm~, just writing it down sends a shiver down my spine! :devil: Anyhow, that's just a suggestion. Does anybody agree or disagree? Is this a mod someone should create?   13. Hi everyone, new to the forum! I don't know if this is possible or not(I've inexperienced at creating mods) but it would be great if after having your fully romanced companion active and sleeping in a bed that during the time lapse there would be "sexy sounds". There could be different versions of it : XXX and Rated R. I'm sure that something could be found in public domain and integrated into the game. Is this even possible today? I'm thinking that it would have to be written as a script?
  14. It's going to be my first mod, and I want to make something more interesting. I'm not too bid on coding so I can't promise anything good on that regard but I want some suggestions. What do you guys want to see? What kind of mods would you request? You're welcome to throw me some suggestions!   15. The spell mod named New Spell - Bind And Gag made by Daniel adds a new purchasable spell tome to the Farengar Secret Fire. The spell encpacitates for 2 minutes the humans/humanoid creatures and adds a handcuff graphics animations to make it more appealing. I tested it out on various subjects, outside towns, and wanderers. Future suggestions to the mod update. 1. Make pickpocketing possible after cuffed by spell, and maybe, make them drop their weapons. 2. Make the cast distance slightly shorter to add more immersion and realism. Bugs and issues - -- When casting from the front the cuffs won't display. It will only display cuffs if it used from behind.
  16. really you should be able to wear power armour helmets outside of the suit, it just makes sense and it would be fun. Maybe to add realism, the helemt's misc modification should not work when worn on the player without the power armour frame.
  17. I never liked robes. They just look inherently goofy on non-mage characters, like charging screaming into the fray or running from guards down the alleyways with your skirt flapping about and being a tripping hazard and potentially getting stuck in things. Realistically speaking, no warrior or thief would ever put them on. And from aesthetic standpoint, I'd just prefer to see my armor most of the time. Yet there's no reason not to have a robe: it's another enchantment slot. Anything you know anywhere around that might fix this? Put some combat penalties in them, or replace them with something else in the same slot, like scarves?
  18. I've been wondering what Juri and Marisa would look like with average eye (iris) sizes that just stay the same size. Marisa's eyes are small all the time and Juri's fluctuate. Felt a bit off to me when I first saw it in trailers as the art style is mostly realistic. Would be cool if someone could make a mod for this!
  19. Hi, So I seen a mod that was blunt weapon non lethal takedowns. I thought that a cool mod would be a mod that when you sneak behind an enemy with for example a katana out instead of grabbing them and breaking their neck there would be an animation where you simply stab them through the back which would kill them silently. Just thought it would be a cool addition to the mods I already have. Thanks.

I don't know if it's just me or not but it really bothers me when I'm running around in skyrim and I encounter an incline, I go to climb that hill or those stairs or whatever and my character's feet and legs just phase through the terrain. I've recently learned a thing or two about modeling, rigging and animating in games. And that includes Inverse Kinematics which would be the thing to fix my problem. And guess what? The game does have those but only sometimes. When you're still or moving slowly it does seem to work but anywhere else it doesn't and I just wanna know why? And perhaps how and if someone could fix that, if anybody knows.
  21. now lads, i am fully aware that theirs allot of us out their who have entered a new, embarrassingly excessive level of simping for the cyberpunk anime. which is why i suggest just ripping the band aid off and being the one truly desperate coomer to ask for it outright. can we get a mod that swaps the models of either panam or judy (doesnt matter, so long as its a romance option) for a high quality model of lucy from cyberpunk edgerunners. ive seen lots of high quality models on the nexus already, one of those could be used and with a bit of adjustment, just take the place of one or possibly both of the characters subtitle name change would be a nice cherry on top but not required we can just PRETEND it has the right name. from one simp to the rest i place my trust in your hands.
  22. Could possibly be done with SPID? I know it takes away from some quests - but for immersion it would make sense. The only real reason to do EVERY Daedric quest is if you're going for the 'Oblivion Walker' achievement or just want to collect everything. What if some of the Daedric artifacts were actually BEING USED by enemies though? More powerful enemies + an alternate way to get some of the artifacts.

  24. Hello fellow mod users and modders I have a request that some of you might like too Ive always wanted to have a multiple freighters fleet in No Mans Sky, like NPCS do. It seems quite ironic to me that NPCs have 3-15 freighter fleets but the player can only have 1. So the argument that it would drop the FPS doesnt seem right. Also considering that only 1 player is allowed to summon theirs in multiplayer per system. (vanilla) Have been even considering paying someone to make a mod for it, but dont know where to post it. I want a fleet of atleast 3 freighters that spawn next to each other, and the frigates among them, but it seems that HelloGames wont add it in any update. For me the best amount would be around 5 or 10, but with 3 I would be more than happy. Does anyone know how to mod it? Or willing to do it? Now that theyve added the new Pirate/Outlaw Freighter/Capital Ship, I want as a usable freighter too. It is quite disappointing that they add that awesome ship but the only thing you can do with it is destroying it. And the new frigates are just that, frigates. Any modder willing to do it would be appreciated. And I would tip of course Thanks in advance.
  25. I don't know how long the nights are at that latitude. but you only get about 6 in game hours of night time and the city looks best at night, and ya know 'night city'. I know that's not why its called night city you get it.
