Hello guys, I think its unfortunate that the dragonborn can no longer enter the island Japhets Folly after the quest Rise in the East. My idea: The dragonborn can also visit Japhet's Folly after completing Rise in the East via the Windhelm Docks or any other location. After completing the quest, the island will be in the hands of the Imperial Army or East Empire Company. There is a trader and mercenaries/soldiers who complain about the arduous service in this remote, lonely place. Maybe this is an inspiration for someone :)

hey so I was doing the quest rise in the east (starts at windhelm docks) and I got to a point where it said I could join the pirates. but there was no option to join the pirates! why? that would be so awesome if I could join pirates and pillage towns or siege docks or maybe even have naval combat like in assassins creed black flag. does anyone know if there is a mod or something like any of this? I want like a pirates guild or something.
