  2. hello only happens in nehrim with the pj, when i in third person in game the player always see in a point...i dont know why , look the pics.......... i was installed other third persons mods am a new squeleton mesh, but the problema continue........... anybody know whats happen???
  3. I have been translating Nehrim with eggtranslator recently. At first there were some little problems but they didn't affect the game much. However, after I began to translate the texts in the scripts the problem got worse. For instance, after I translated texts about the diary, I could not use the corresponding functions in the diary. And after I translated more texts in the scripts, the problem became the worst: I could not even enter the game. I do not know much about programming and scripts, but in my opinion I am nearly sure that my problems are aroused by my translation of the texts in the scripts. So I want to ask how to solve such problems?

I'm playing through Nehrimblivion 1.2 (Non OMOD version) which allows you to play Nehrim with your Oblivion character and I've been struggling to figure out why the distant terrain is transparent. Image This seems to be specific to this mod because I run Elsweyr, Valenwood, Hammerfell mods etc and can see all across the landscape. I can stand on the Red Ring Road and see all the way to Anequina for instance. Been asking on the Nexus mod page and googling this issue to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
  5. Hey all, I was wandering if there was a way to install Nehrim completely separate from Oblivion. I mean completely separate as in both my Oblivion install and Nehrim use their own save folders, INIs, and load orders without having to swap files out to move back in forth. It'd be like going between Oblivion and Skyrim, for example: I can just start one or the other up and not have to worry about anything else.

So since it’s been almost two years since that post and because we’ve made quite a lot of progress since then, we’d think this would be the perfect opportunity to start a new thread. :smile: Summary: "Enderal - The Shards of Order" is a total conversion mod currently in development for Bethesda Softwork's Skyrim. The story of Enderal is not set in the Elder Scrolls world of Tamriel, but takes place in its own universe, creating a new, interesting world completely unrelated to Skyrim. Enderal is being developed by volunteers from the dedicated modding community SureAI, best known for their acclaimed Oblivion total conversion Nehrim – At Fate's Edge. Nehrim was awarded “Best Singleplayer Editor's Choice” by moddb.com and “Mod of the Year 2010” by PC Gamer, downloaded over 700 000 times worldwide and has been translated into 8 different languages – All by fans. The continent of Enderal is the stage for an extensive, completely new and epic adventure. Enderal is not only the sequel to Nehrim, but also takes place in the very same universe, just a couple of years after the events of the Nehrim story line. It aims to continue the tradition of the intensive and complex storytelling introduced in Nehrim. This basically means: What we do here is fantasy for adults, it is dirty and immersive, and there are no fairies. Nehrim's storytelling had some flaws that we want to get rid of – there will be more player decisions and deeper characters. In addition, the skill system will differ a lot from the one in Skyrim. Enderal will feature the known XP based skill system from Nehrim, improved with a new class-based system that will help players to specifiy their characters in a more detailed way, thus intensifying the connection between player and avatar. Long story short, Enderal will be a classic RPG with alternative storytelling. Be excited! We do not yet have a release date and will not include a progress bar, but Enderal has now been in development for 22 months in total.   7. Hello everyone, My name is Nicolas and I'm part of the SureAI-Modding team. For those who don't know us, we're the team behind Total Conversions such as "Arktwend - The Forgotten Realm", "Myar Aranath", and, probably our most prestigious project up-to-date, "Nehrim: At Fate's Edge", an Oblivion Total Conversion, which has been downloaded more than 1 000 000 times worldwide by now, and has been translated into 8 different languages by fans. Since 2011 we're working on a Total Conversion for Skyrim, called "Enderal: The Shard's of Order". Here's an (outdated) release thread which I've started a couple of years ago: Enderal: The Shards of Order (Click me) We're also represented on Moddb.com, where we post regular updates: Enderal on Moddb.com Right now the development is slowly coming to an end - slowly indeed, with around a year to go - , and though Enderal will be a unique experiences in many places (offering a professionally voiced questline - this time also in English - with around 30 hours of playing time, a custom built world the size of Skyrim, with a percentage of 60% unique assets and textures, different climate zones ranging from tropical to heathlands, and an entirely overhauled leveling and class system with a new interface and animations), one place still lacking manpower is 3D Art. Though we have several talented artists, we're simply not enough to achieve what we want. Right now we've got all the high priority assets finished, but when it comes to custom creatures and, even more urgently, custom armors, we still don't have a lot. So this is our plea for support: If you're a 3d artist, preferably with experience, and are looking for a grand-scale project to support, we'd very much appreciate your help. Enderal will be released - and, if it's success is only equivalent to Nehrim, have a lot of players -, and every member of our team will have his or her place in the games credits. I try the method they did but when I get into the game I found both world's (cyrodiil and nehrim ) world space are missing, all lands floating and character fall into water. Everyone is swimming.   11. I've been giving some thought recently to the possibility of a quest in two parts: one part taking place in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and the other taking place in Nehrim: At Fate's Edge. Ideally, the order in which the two parts are played should be reversible. That I can think of, there are two ways this could be done: The Literal Crossover Method The first possibility is to allow and, indeed, require the player to literally cross over from one game to the other using the same character. Currently, the only way to transfer one's character from Oblivion to Nehrim or vice-versa is to make each one's races, classes and birthsigns playable in the other, and then use Wrye Bash to paste one game's character over a save file from the other game. This is, however, a tedious and cumbersome process and does not carry the player's inventory over. To make it part of an actual quest, a better way to go about it might be to create a master file containing a new cell which, used together with one of two different plugin files, can be used as a midway point between the two games, allowing the same save file to be used. This, however, comes with its own set of problems. First, any elements missing from each game would have to be made available in the mod so that inventories and such remain usable. I don't know how many elements of Oblivion were removed in the making of Nehrim—races, classes, birthsigns, items, spells and the like—and importing Nehrim's exclusive races, classes, birthsigns, items and spells for use in Oblivion is probably forbidden under the terms of Nehrim's EULA. Second, even assuming the above problems could be circumvented, all other quest progress would inevitably be lost, as well as any mod- or official DLC-added items, spells and whatnot. In the end, while still playable by itself, the quest would appeal only to a very small demographic with these issues unresolved. The Literal Two-Part Method In this case, the player wouldn't be crossing over, just certain NPCs and other story elements, and the order and specific events of the two parts would be determined by a "setstage" console command revealed to the player at the end of whichever part was played first, a la The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages. This would be much more practical from a strictly technical standpoint, but not necessarily as enthralling. Anyone else have any thoughts on this matter?

Since Nehrim didn't have English speech, and I don't understand German, I'm depending on subtitles, but unfortunately it ends up sometimes going to the next page of dialogue before I'm done reading. A change in font can make faster reading easier, but I think it could be more useful to have the ability to pause pages until I click, or even a way to just go into a traditional dialogue box. Is there already anything like this, or a way to work it out?
