  1. This mod incorporates Lovecraft and supernatural themes, so it is not lore friendly. It adds a new land mass, interiors, quests, items etc. The player will need to solve puzzles and quests to progress. I started work on this mod for personal use as I believed Fallout 4 had potential to be more horror like. It began with creating a few new creatures, then the idea for the mod started forming. That's when I decided I would give a larger mod a go. Previously I had only done a few new creatures and items in Skyrim, so this will have the potential to be quite challenging, but one I am looking forward to.   4. I am going to soon be beginning a HUGE mod project which will hopefully add the country of elsweyr, home to the khajiit, into skyrim. My goal is to finish this project in the next two to three years and I am currently looking for any people willing to help out. At the current moment in time, my biggest priority is getting someone who's experienced in height-mapping to create the basic landscape, I also desperately need the help of any experienced 3D modelers to create creatures such as the crocodile, camel, sphinx, and also create new tile-sets and types of architecture to use in this tropical/desert environment. There's plenty of other things that i'll need help with, but I appreciate any willing to help make this mod a reality.

Set 163 years after The Great War taking place in the southwestern corner of Ohio in Vault 72 you are The Voyager after 3 of your fellow vault dwellers go missing as they try to make contact with outside colony’s it’s your job to venture into this strange new wasteland and discover what happened even if that means going to the moon and back. New factions like the Frontiersmen of the new world will populate the Till Plains Wasteland with returning factions like the Enclave and the Brotherhood of Steel!   9. Simple question. I plan on taking a lot of time to create my own world space and quests for it. I have a plan laid out on how I want it to look, the people, towns, castles and whatnot. I want to know in what order you advanced creators suggest to do it. Should I create the entire world space then add all the towns and people or go at it with individual regions?
  10. I have been trying to make a mod for skyrim which contains a new world space, but when I load it up in the creation kit it loads up too cells get made, causing my computer to lag, is there a way to limit the amount of cells that can be made.

Interior level designer will have to create interiors for all houses, caves, towers and castles.   12. First of all, before any of the mod stuff...what are the Padomain Isles? They are a group of islands east of Morrowind that include Esroniet, Yneslea, Cathnoquey, and Roscrea. Read more here. (Links for the islands are at the bottom.) Now that that's over with, what does the mod actually do? Well...it 'aims' to add all 5 islands, with the exception of Roscrea (Witch is being made by the Beyond Skyrim Roscrea team. Teaser.) Esroniet will be the largest of the 5 with a worldspace the size of Skyrim (Though in lore it would probably be from half to a fourth). Here's a few screenshots of the southern part of Esroniet: These are VERY WIP. The towns exterior (Building wise) is probably about half way done (And its only one of the smallest villages/towns in the mod.) If you would like to help send me a pm. I need 3d modelers that are capable of texturing, and voice actors. Level Designers, Scripters, and Writers (Educated in Elder Scrolls Lore) would also be appreciated. There is also the heightmap for Esroniet I uploaded, for extra information.
  13. I am considering creating a mod that is set in a different time period and has a different theme to the Fallout setting. Are there any issues that I should be aware of in doing this? Are there any licensing restrictions for using the Engine for historical period piece that may be an issue? Any advice or comments on this would be appreciated.

  15. Hi Users, The mod I am proposing is quite large so I would be of course extremely grateful if somebody even considered this. I also imagine it would be a very popular mod if completed to a decent standard, however your own ideas always seem the best to yourself. During my first Skyrim playthrough, when you take the elder scroll to the time wound to learn Dragonrend from the "ancient heroes", I excitedly assumed that the player would travel back in time to the midst of the dragon war in a quest to track down the creators of Dragonrend and be taught it from them. Obviously I was disappointed, and this disappointment has followed me to 2019. So, here I am requesting a mod that would alter the main quest line to do just that. Here's what I'm thinking; In terms of the setting: A lot more dragon encounters with more powerful dragons, and an expanded range of dragon colours and types.Dragon encounters with more than one dragon.A nigh on apocalyptic setting - Scattered dragon and human corpses, burned buildings, ruins.A powerful living dragon priest(s) with a community(ies) that has chosen to keep worshiping dragons.The ancient cities of Skyrim 'rebuilt' as they would have been - Saarthal, Bromjunaar etc. However to save the mod becoming gigantic and sparse, only a necessary area of Skyrim should be recreated.The majority of characters speaking with the dragon language or using a mix of the two languages (Similar to how Paarthurnax and Odahviing speak).The majority of characters being a warrior of some type as most ordinary people would have died due to lack of experience or kept living with the dragon cult.Enemies that are capable of shouting.Enemies/characters only using Ancient Nord Armour and weapons, Fur Armour, Robes, Dragon Armour and weapons, and rarely Stalhrm. ie not using the modern weapons and armours of Skyrim. Custom weapon and armour sets would be fantastic.A pretty much exclusively Nord demographic. A 'confused' reaction from characters if the player is not a Nord, similar to how characters react to a naked player.In terms of the quest: The quest takes you on a journey to help create the Dragonrend shout with the ancient heroes. The quest could end with the player being forced back into the time wound and watching the banishment of Alduin as you normally would. Similar to Skuldafn, there should be no way to return after leaving, and no way to leave until the quest is complete. The player appears on the throat of the world and are immediately attacked by 2 dragons. The player may fight until they kill them or are downed at which point a warrior will come and kill the remaining dragons or congratulate your fighting skill and comment on you being a dragonborn. The player will then ask this warrior about Dragonrend and they will direct you to Felldir the Old. Felldir will tell you his plans and send you to collect dragon bones and scales and three dragon souls in order to create the shout. He will also send you and Gormlaith on a quest to kill the powerful dragon priest in Bromjunaar and collect his mask, and on a quest with Hakon to collect the elderscroll (From a location other than Alftand, potentially guarded by a group of powerful mages). After completing these quests you will all venture up to the throat of the world at which point the player will be forced into the time wound to watch the cut scene. If you like this Idea, great! Make it known (in whatever way is allowed here) that it's not just me that wants this mod. If you want to create this mod, beautiful. - I would love to help create this mod however, I have zero modding experience so I will leave the creativity in your hands if you wish. Thanks!
  16. This is by no means a announcement thread - Rather its the opposite, it kinda a what could've been if I had the time. This is a project ive started 5 months ago been working on for 3 months I've stopped for 2 months recently Ran out of motivation + RL commitments means that I'd rather be playing games to blow off steam, rather than working on a mod. Currently implemented: Playable area 1/4 size of Skyrim (roughly from solitude to whiterun) 1 Featured city - Shops, transport to and from Skyrim, Guards who arrest you, crime factions, Jail 20+ Interior cells (4 dungeons cells, the rest are shops and housing) 50+ NPCs (some generic, some unique) 2 short quests Future Plans: None, im not sure if i have the heart or will to finish it. This is my attempt at getting feedback from the community Is there enough interest for me to start working again?   17. i'm having problems with the World LOD, i followed Alex's video 4x and i still get this messege (Texture atlas build failed with the following errors: Data\Meshes\DLC01\LOD\SERuins\SERuinsBridge01_LOD_0.nif) So i'm thinking the DLC LOD did'nt come with BSA file, i'm using all DLC and i'm not sure where LOD location would be at i am looking to get this done asap so i can release 2.0 of North Haven thanks 4 any help ppl!

North Nevada open is a big mod project. It opens the northern area of New Vegas. There is a complete new world, which contains all features a world need: Cities, quests, enemies, factions, dungeons and a lot more. How far i got now: Till now i have just a few parts of the world created. But those parts are nearley 95% finished. I will just Build the world things like quests oder scripts or even a story are not created by myself. There is a very first Version of the land avaiable for you too get an first View. What i have thought about the lore in this land: The NCR has some cities in this parts of the country but the Brotherhood of steel has some colonies too. They are enemies since the big battle at Helios One. But they are not alone. Raiders, Super Mutants, and the Enclave wants to claim this Land. It will fit in the whole Fallout 3 and New Vegas lore. No Supermutants fighting hype intelligent Ants with the help of NCR and Legion Troops in a big Jungle. The planned special features: New Type of Raiders: Nomad Raider They travel trough the land, raiding outposts and attacking cities. They move from time to time to other places. New realistic events: The factions really fight for theyre Outposts and they are not just standing around. Sometimes they capture one Village or even Towns. The world will be a living progress even when the player is doing anything. I need you ! I need modder, who can work with the G.E.C.K and create quests. I need modder, who can build Dungeons, and Landscapes. Because for me it is a little bit too much land to build. I need modder, who might be able to design ne Weapons or even NPC's. Trailer May 14 Decided to finally throw a topic up here and pray it doesn't get buried lol I am currently working on a massive Discworld themed mod. For those who don't know what Discworld is google it and Terry Pratchett I am doing the mod in 3 Stages, with 3 main quests per stage and a slew of side quests Fully voiced and stylized with custom quirky quests and rewards So far the mod is nearing Alpha 1.0 limited release Just wanted to post up some vids and throw out a call to anyone who is interested in helping in the dungeon design department, voice acting (Though temporarily filled for Alpha 1.0 unless we add more sidequests) And writing custom quests for the mod if you happen to be a fan or just have something crazy you've always wanted to see, feel free to throw it at me. I mean we already have flaming chicken launchers, Chicken fireballs, Meteor showers, Little girls who raid crypts to harvest organs to sell on the black market, existential swords, small gods of mudcrabs and then some :tongue: Vid time! This page is for a mod I am currently creating for Fallout New Vegas. The basic concept of the mod is to restore the two locations added by the Lonesome Road DLC; Dry wells and The Long 15. Currently in fallout new vegas these are only accessible if you nuke either one at the end of Lonesome Road.This Mod will allow you to travel to either place before even starting the Lonesome Road.They will be completely re-vamped and 'De nukified' as another word to put it and reimagined to what I thought they may have looked like. So far I have completed most of the exterior of The Long 15, except for some clutter and populating with NPC's. I have also begun work on the Interiors of the base. The Long 15 will eventually include: - A fully populated NCR base - Bartering facilities - Medical facilities(Doctor) - A player Home - Quests -The Lucky Caravan Casino Update - Area exterior is around 80-90% Complete minus NPC's The interiors I have all started and I'd say are 50% complete. Below is a small teaser of what has been completed so far.   24. Am I mistaken that there was an electricity power plant on Properity before it got destroyed? If I am not mistaken, why are we (or maybe just me?) unable to build power plants in The New World? The double productivity bonus would be very nice for rum refineries.

Hi together, I hope someone would be able to help us to get the new Island in the New World 2 times (we wanted to start coop again today) I would have passed on the island but there is a monument just available if you have this particular Island. So my request is obvious :). We have already tried it on our own but the Map Editior can't read the file. Thank you in advance!!!
