I would love it if someone could figure out how to replace the wooden fist texture with gauntlets. My prefered gauntlets would be the Kobo Daishi sleevlets. If it is possible could you remove the white gloves on it and possible change the beads to red? If not it's fine. I mainly just want the fists to be replaced with the gauntlets.

Hi together, I know that my request is controversial since some people will argue that mods that change/decrease the difficulty level of a Souls-like game spoil the entire experience, but that's a matter of personal experience. After playing Nioh 2 without any mods or cheats, I'm really annoyed by the game's approach. I'm a casual gamer and I'm fine with it. I like the game's combat system in general (without the fact that it's so unforgiving), and I particularly like the setting since I'm really interested in Japanese mythology, history and Samurai culture, which is the reason why I bought the game in the first place although I knew that it's combat was likely to be brutal. There are way to few aRPGs set in the feudal Japanese period where you can fully customize yourSamurai character while still encountering Yokai, Oni and other mythological creatures, and even fewer games where you play as a Han'yō yourself - or does anyone know another one? So I definitely wanted to give Nioh 2 a try, but the fact that it is souls-like really spoils the experience for me. There are some mods for Dark Souls and Elden Ring that reduce the damage you take by e. g. 50%, but I haven't found any mod like this for Nioh 2. Is this possibly for the game? If yes, I would really, really appreciate if someone could make a mod like this! Thank you in advance!

Hello, I have no clue how to mod games, and maybe at some point I'll learn lmao, but for now if anyone ever does see this, I'd like to request if anyone could remodel some armor pieces for male Hide specifically (not that female Hide should be ignored or anything). I was hoping if someone could remodel the Irregular troops cuirass into looking like a compression shirt, the Shinto Priests Hakama to look like Toji Fushiguros pants (without the hanging moon symbol and cloth in the back and maybe the red rope gone as well), the Genmei Onmyo Mage's shoes to look like the martial arts shoes he wears, the sickle of the Tobikura kusarigama to look like the inverted spear of heaven, and the Kenmyoren to look like the split Soul Katana? I know its a big request, but if anyone does end up doing this, then thank you so much!!! (references attached) (this is Toji) (the dagger is the inverted spear)

After hundreds of hours battling in Nioh 2 on Steam, I grew interested in digging out Nioh 2 data and trying to mod it. Is there any place or guide for unpacking and modding the game? I searched for an old post about this topic. So I believed people somewhere are doing those things. Where should I start it?

Somehow I could change B to replace A. Now A do intract actions and B sprint/dodge. What's still doesn't change is that's B button still appearing on collecting items, resting in shrine, climbing ladder, opening door etc. So I wonder if someone can simply mod that interface to change B to A button.

How does one add Nioh 2 in Vortex Mod Manager?

Not sure how feasible this is, but requesting that Last Great General set from Nioh 1 be added, perhaps as a replacement for the similar Sanada Crimson set, etc. Ty.

Something that always bother me about Nioh is that they dont have the same color code for rarity as other rpg: white>green>blue>purple>yellow/orange/red. Nioh is not the first game that did this but it is one of the very few (the only other one I can think of is Guild Wars 2) and for someone who plays rpgs regularly this is very disorienting. So I'd really appreciate it if some talented modders can help with this. Thank you for reading my rant â¤â¤â¤

So i really want to use Yorimitsus Iai Skills like the one where she runs past you and then sheathes her sword as a grapple for example. Would really love to see that happen. Thanks

I don't care how, maybe just something that automatically changes the hairstyle whenever it's equipped?

Everything else can stay the same, but the grip has to go. Preferably to that of the Transient Blade? Anything that doesn't look like it would cut into your hand with one swing, that would be greeeaaat.

Have no idea if this is even possible but having something like a cheat engine table that actually shows stat changes when using talismans or other items so it's easier to understand what's good and bad for your builds. It really bothers me that the stat window doesn't update to reflect talisman effects, etc.

not even sure if it already exists in game but if not a mod would be cool. just want to get the classic geisha geta. the polished black wedges. I want to play this eventually and I wanted to go for a Geisha look but my look into the armour/fashion is disappointing on that front

Any reason why we are not getting any new nioh 2 mods? i think the mods are great and the game too, they deserve to have multiple mods. but lately i havent seen any mods coming in. is there a specifiic reason for this?

Hello, I'm no modder for NioH 2 at all, but I've been trying my hand on editing some existing mods. Specifically adjusting some colours or adding/removing some textures. I'm using Photoshop 2019 and I have the Intel DDS plugin installed. It works fine with opening and editing the DDS files but saving them makes them look weird ingame often. Washed out colours and the like. I assume it probably has to do with the format options I get when saving such as the texture type and compression etc. What are the right settings for these? Or am I missing something else? Many thanks in advance!

Hey you guys, uhm quick question I wanted to change the colours of Justice Ministry Armor cloth from that purple to a white, black or red. I was tinkering around with some files that have already been modded (changed colours) and was able to put them into the game but i can't seem to find the dds files of the armors myself. Can anyone tell me where i can get my hands on them? or what i need to extract/download? Thanks

Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to make different horn types. Examples would be Enki, Yamanba(short horns), Namahage, and such including such as the fox spirit ears(and color swaps for each). Was hoping to make a mod, but quite new to this. Can't quite find the horns to edit.
