  3. I just want to use Qarl's texture pack, character overhaul, enhanced flora and trees, realistic environments, oblivion realm HD, etc. to improve my game looks. I have obse, 4gb patch, streamline, etc. But do I really need OBGE/OR? I don't like them, the old one is quite buggy and the new one adds features I don't want. I'd like to know if I can revamp my game's looks with mods without OBGE/OR. Thanks.

Skyrim Reloaded project is in progress. There are several things to re-arrange due to the new Skyrim's graphics engine, but it should be out as first release in May. Not all the features will be ported from Oblivion Reloaded because Skyrim already has some of them. The project will be in progress for all the year 2016. Have fun!

  6. Install order- Fook and Factions Reloaded (merged)? For that matter, Fook and Project Nevada. What is best to install first? I'd also include Cirosan's Character Overhaul (no perk rebalancing), jsawyer and realistic weapons damage. (Ill also be adding EVE and WME). Do the Monster mod and iws work together? AND is the monster mod a detrimental hit to fps? If I just wanted all these mods what order should I install them? All DLCs and pre-order packs are already installed. Any ideas?

  8. The mod 'Lucky 38 Suite Reloaded' is arguably one of the best Lucky 38 replacer/redos available. Yet, tragically, it is unfinished - furniture is scattered everywhere, the charger for drained fission batteries (for use in the teleporter device) doesn't work, the water in the bathtub and pool is irradiated, there's no space in the armory for DLC added weapons, armors, and gear, not to mention from other mods, and the sorting system has no way to 'tag' items to not be sorted, or sorted into special contianers so you aren't running all over everywhere to get your gear together when you leave after you sort it. There are some of the major problems with this mod, and I'm sure there are a few more - yet all of this might take a week for a experienced modder to fix. I am hoping someone will take a look at this mod and decide to finish what Kospy started and complete this awesome mod. Also, in terms of legal use of his mod, I quote from the Liscense/Legal section of his readme: "You are not able to dispatch redistribute this mod without my approval, but if you want to improve this suite, feel free to develop mods based on this one." Please, someone take pity and finish this!

So I just wanted to let everyone know that Factions Reloaded - Followers of the Apocalypse is in full production. It will include a new town, lots of new quests, characters, npcs, battles, etc. and will aim to make the 'Followers of the Apocalypse' a real faction instead of just some people you can help out by giving a bunch of stimpaks to. I need voice actors, but that won't be until later on in the future. I also need beta testers and people who can take high-quality screenshots. This mod will be a much higher-quality mod than the others, as during those two I was pretty inexperienced. Don't expect it for a while though, as school and work are both colliding and making the modding process very difficult. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Also if you want to collaborate please let me know. Completion progress: ~99% completed. I will be putting some screenshots up to show the progress, but as the rest of them they won't be very high quality. Once again if you can run Fallout on high settings, please let me know. Please comment here if you want to join! Working on a new faction, the Marauders. They'll have about 15 members and their leader is very interested in everything that happened before the war. They'll be tied into at least one or two quests. Adding a motel that is being converted into a massive refugee camp with a LOT of new interiors. Working on a small outpost in freeside. The followers already have a big presence in freeside, so I want other people's opinions on what to do in that area. 9/24/13 Update: So far I'm about 40-50% completed with the small town I'm adding near the Bitter Springs Campground. It currently has 4 buildings: The common area, the medical facility and the storage area which are finished, as well as the mess hall/refugee barracks (unfinished). It is very near an NCR/Legion battle from the Factions Reloaded - Legion mod, but I'm not too sure how that will turn out in the long run. It shouldn't be the end of the world, as a small town in that area would be the prime spot for some battles, whether or not they wanted it (similar to boulder city). It currently holds around 20-30 npcs, most of which being guards, refugees, and a few doctors. There are currently 3 quests (two finished), and I plan to add at least one more before moving on to the next location. The plan is to get at least 3 or 4 of these small communities (most will be much smaller than this one) scattered around the wastes before moving ahead to other things like changes to the game, anything in Mormon Fort or freeside, etc.

  12. Hi everyone, today I installed Oblivion Reloaded, with the sole purpose of controlling the saturation and contrast in the game. I ended up with a ton of things I didn't like, for example, the fact my weapon was now not shown at all. so I went into the inis and commented these out. but what I got was lagging in response to mouse clicks. has anyone encountered this? I like some of the other effects in there but just the saturation and contrast are my main concern. thanks in advance for helping out.

I've installed Oblivion Reloaded, Oblivion Character Overhaul, AAOVTR, Blockhead and OBSE by extracting the files into the right folder, but when I launch OblivionLauncher and try to open the game I get the error "The Oblivion Launcher could not find the Oblivion game executable. Please reinstall Oblivion." What am I doing wrong? Thanks
  14. I'm trying to use Oblivion Reloaded, SweetFX (1.5), and ENBoost. The effects all work together, it's just when I enable proxy libraries in Enboost, even if SweetFX is applying no effect whatsoever, it makes my water completely opaque! Reflections still work, but the water looks like an odd undulating metal floor I partially clip through. For the record, I seem to have to rename the SweetFX d3d9 dll to "dxgi" to get it to run sweetfx without crashing on launch. Also, while I'm here, if anyone notices anything amiss in my setup in general please let me know. I've been trying to get a really good "vanilla but like new" feel going, but I've not modded oblivion for ten years, and it's possible I've made some silly mistake. I know one weird unrelated little bug I am having is, if I use the "controller" function to scroll up and down menus I can only toggle between the top and bottom selection in the items menu. I can scroll the spell menu just fine. I've solved this by just using the mouse cursor, but it's really awkward for any yes / no prompts. I am playing on the steam GotY version with all the DLC included. I play on a laptop, plugged into a monitor extending the displays, using the monitor as "primary" so the game runs through it. I also use a Playstation 4 controller and a steam preset for it, because of this I run Steam overlay and big picture mode overlay while in game. (Though I do no run big picture mode itself) No other unnecessary programs run while I play games, such as FPS display programs.   17. Just wondering what the fps hit is like for this enb, it looks pretty cool and it matches tamriel reloaded HD which I LOVE. I have an i5 4690k and gtx 970, what kind of fps drop am i expecting?

Hello guys, I'd like to ask you about my mods list - I've picked some addons from the Oblivion Remastered package and I installed them meeting all the prerequisites and solving compatibility issues. The problem is - in the very canals at the start of the game I'm not getting anything above 30 FPS (1080ti/7700k/NVME rig) - could you please tell me what could be killing my PC? The list included in the image - all of these + Quarls Redimized pack and Oblivion Reloaded. After wasting 4+ hours on installing the full Remastered package and getting a bugged and Dark Souls-like experience, I'd love to get *at least that* in working order :C Thanks in advance. EDIT: While I found the Stutter Remover to be the issue for hard 30 FPS lock, after reinstalling with pretty much the same package, the game instead got limited to about 45 FPS and started crashing at the exit from the second section of the canals.
  19. Hi, recently I have downgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 7 and have reinstalled all of my games, including Oblivion. I have the most recent updates, SP1, have steam in disk D:, installed the Unofficial Patch, made Oblivion 4GB aware, downloaded xNVSE, download Mod Limit Fixer, Oblivion Tick Fix, Engine Bug Fixes, NVAC, MoreHeap, Oblivion Display Tweaks and did the ini tweaks (bUseThreaded AI=1 and iNumHWThreads=2). The problem is, whenever I launch Oblivion it crashes, and it tells me that somehow OblivionReloaded.dll is the culprit. Of course, removing it fixes the game but I don't know why this is happening, as everything worked before in Windows 10 and I would just like to find a solution as to how to make it work.   20. a while back i figured i would try out Oblivion Reloaded. As far as i can tell, the mod loaded fine. Yet, with just a simple change in direction view, i felt like i was on lsd, motion sickness was soon to follow and then that would ultimately lead too projectile vomit ... an awesome missle weapon, not so-great on the viewing side of the monitor. apparently, i wasn't the only one who felt it just wasn't for me and then i noticed a release of the Lite version. I've gone through some of the perks ... yet, i don't really understand most of them. apparently OSR or a form thereof is included. i've seen some neat night-eye shaders. i already use camera commands w/ a 3rd person view ... someone referred to it as the magnet affect. heap size, threads, some other stuff that i'm not sure is of use, as i've always read that Oblivion doesn't utilize 64 bit, it doesn't utilize multi-core, i tried some trick to utilize 3.0 shaders ... that didn't fly. is it worth the effort? perhaps some of the perks described like one of those books for Dummies would be helpful. i'm already tearing my hair out trying to get xml to look nice, i just upgraded my monitor and now my skin textures look like crap (1024), can't get a mod to work which is erking me, adding textures on top of textures and no clue why their not merging properly, kgtools i can't get to work, going blender bonkers, finally got Wrye and comfy w/ it now ... and so forth. any who, to re-cap and elaborate. been playing this game since 06' and have yet to finish. this time i want to play mainly in 3rd person. re-play at the hardest level. include UVIII. a short answer, is ORL really going to utilize the potential of my PC rig or not? is there any other perks ... simplistic comments is much obliged, i just don't want to add another over-whelming variable. tx in advance for any commentary. -------------------- i'm pretty sure i tried ENBoost in the past as well. never could get it to work or my rig wasn't up to spec ... i can't remember. i do remember loading a obse dependent plug-in that crashed my game. currently running a radeon rx 570 16G of VRAM (i think) and 32G of ram at a resolution of 2560 x 1440.
