The scars in the game are just too harsh, can we get scar texture that is faint and white-ish, rather than red/pink.

I've been trying to find a really good mod that introduces body scars, such as flogging scars and others, into the game. The most I could find was Body Scars for Racemenu, which, while a good mod, isn't exactly what I'm looking for. (I also had a lot of difficulty getting it to work for some reason.) I see modded characters with really amazingly detailed scars on their bodies, and I'm not sure if I'm missing something completely or if there just isn't a mod that does what I'd like. Is there a body type that has scars or something? Or is there another RaceMenu overlay mod out there that I'm just having trouble finding? If not, is anyone willing to make something for both male and female characters? Thanks for your time.

Hi, I'm sure most of you know about or are using Racemenu, and are aware of the "overlay" feature of the mod. We've seen some pretty nice stuff, like freckles, tattoos, warpaints, and more, but I'm surprised that nobody did scars. Skyrim limits the character to 1 face scar due to how the system works, which limits customizability. The usage of the overlay feature can get around this(?). Hi there, Where to start off :P Well this is my first topic, I am a fan of many anime shows, anyways... ill get to it. I was just wondering if anyone is interested in or knows if there is any plans of modders making anything to do with bleach for Fallout 4. For Example. -Clothing: the sandals/headwear and The type of Robes that the death gods wear, -Hair-styles such as Ken Patchi's/ Itchigo's hair/ Captain Byakuya Kuchiki's hair, ETC -Types of weapons: like the Bow Ishida has with the Glove and different types of Swords they have (soul Slayers) - Scars that the characters have Thats all i can think of atm.

Before anyone decides to tell me anything; Yes I searched for existing topics, No I found nothing, Yes I searched for fixes for this problem, No I found none that would actually work (I am referring to Northborn Scars that claimed it had a female scar fix). With that out of the way, I have been experiencing a problem with the scars for female characters in my Skyrim game. This occurs on not just player characters but also NPC's. U couldn't be the only person to experience this problem and it has been driving me batty. Okay, the scars appear in certain portions of the face except for around the cheek/cheekbone area of the face. The scars seem to be enveloped by the mesh of the face itself. I have taken liberty of installing the advanced racemenu and adjusted the cheeks/cheekbones to find that the whole scars are in fact in tact, beneath the mesh of the face so it isn't a problem with the scars textures from what I can gather. It seems as though the mesh of the face itself has been edited or altered in some way however I can't figure out what I could have done to cause this. My game is mod heavy and I use Caliente's beautiful bodies however this is the only mod I can think of that would effect the over all structure of the character model and I have had this mod installed before without issue. I can't for the life of me figure out what it is that is causing this problem nore can I figure out how to fix/avoid it. Like I said before I have googled this problem in varying ways and searched this and other forums, but I cannot find a topic that touches on this same problem even though I am sure I can't be the only one to have experienced it. If anyone can help me out with this, it would be much appreciated! Just a quick comment in passing. Personally I'm quite fond of Northborn's "Northborn Scars" mod. It's my go to for facial appearances that reflect the harsh reality that is Skyrim.

Hi people, So I've been playing a lot of Elder Scrolls online lately and I had the funny Idea to rebuild my main character in Skyrim! But unfortunately there were many Customization Possibilities we dont have in Skyrim so I couldnt recreate it, not even looking a little bit like it. Even other addons didnt offer the needed Options. Is there anyone who could recreate the appearance of my character? I would need a custom - Skintone(check screenshots: this is a "vampirism skintone" , but thought of making it availaible as a normal one when creating a character), - a new piercing-combo (nosering+chin piercing, check screenshot) - a Hairstyle, - 2 Eye colours(check Screenshots: this is the "vampirism eyes") I added pictures showing the character, you will understand how it was difficult to recreate it^^ But actually this could be more than a personal request. How about a "ESO Customization Pack" ? That Pack could include every unique Possibilty which ESO is offering, like - Hairstyles - Body Paints - All Scars - All Piercings - Eye Colours In case you guys dont have ESO, I could of course take ingame screenshots of character editor, for every offered customization option to help out! And lets not forget Armors or Weapons! I have seen so many talented People making custom armors, rebuilding some from ESO would be a nice challenge for some I think, and there is a huge load of Armors, so a Pack with ESO Armors could be pretty nice, even being immersive. Theres barely a "super cool/over the edge-looking" armor that would look "immersion-breaking" There is pretty awesome looking Armorsets, I think recreating them is a great Idea, too. LOL! I like to run several followers in the field. Usually from four to six. Since I don't like the essential sameness of follower packs, that means loading several unique mods. As most of us do, that's complicated by the fact that I've definite preferences as to the look of my followers. That means spending quite a bit of time tinkering around with various skin mods until they all approximate a certain look...at least as far as their unique characteristics will permit. Sooner or later I reach a point where it's time to leave well enough alone. FREX, my current new game group has one with a very light neck ring and a much more plastic face than I like. However, she's got the gear and combat characteristics that I want so she can stay. She may be sent back to bit land later on if I find one with a better look and the same game utility. Another has a noticeable case of bronze shine. Can't get rid of it and I really like having her around so she can stay. The point here is that one can spend hours tinkering but the Law of Unintended Consequences forces one to eventually quit. As an example, in the process of striving for the look I like I downloaded a skin mod which produced exactly the skin characteristics I was striving for...except for the fact that my ladies then had no nipples. After rofling for a while I deactivated then reactivated the mod, intending to deal with each change factor with a yea or nay. Part way through the process I realized that the time consumption factor was becoming horrendous, and since I had another mod on hand which was almost as useful without the negative side effects I just gave up and deleted the no nipple mod. Maybe others of you could have handled this much more successfully, I dunno. Thing is, at some point ya just gotta leave well enough alone and get on with the game. Now, for those of you that might ask me why I bothered to post this, let's just say that I wanted to vent a bit. For those of you that are gonna sneer, stick it in ur ear! I realize that scars are textures on a half-face mesh mask. Does anyone know if there's a way to get a full-faced mask? ie, a mesh like the ones used for vanilla scars except that it covers both sides of the face. Is there some sort of mod or modders' resource that would have this? Or is there a way to make it myself?

So a goal I have in Skyrim is to make my fursona as my character/Dragonborn.(A fursona is basically like a persona, only an animal) In her human form that is. I don't have an official ref for her human form, although i am in the making of it. But since the most i could do with making a mod, is making a sucky follower and a house or dungeon mod, i can't make these mods myself. I was wondering if these two mods existed or if not someone could make them (I could pay if thats an issue). The first being a haircut (references at the bottom) except I was hoping for a less curly version and for the texture to be similar to the base hair models in the game. The second being a glasgow grin / Glasgow smile that is only for the playable character and isn't an item but is actually on the model. I don't know if this has ever been asked before, i could not find it in the forums. But i am looking for cuts, scars and bruises for type 6 and or type 3 body's. There are a few mods and resources for your character's face but none for the body. The wasteland is unforgiving and i find it weird that the body didn't suffer at all haha. If possible i would also like to learn how to create my own but i have no idea where to begin? So there you have it, my request :D

Anyone know of any mods that add scars to your characters body? Not like a full body retexture but a race menu plug-in or something. Thanks :)

Wasn't exactly sure where to post this thread, but I'm sure someone will let me know if I'm in the right place (or wrong for that matter lol) I've been looking around the Nexus and I haven't found a lot of different body mods. More specifically, I'm looking for a battle worn, scarred, or even dirty body for my female Courier. Doesn't have to be a nude texture. I'm just looking for something a bit more immersive. Kinda bored with the flawless body mods and want my character to have a bit more...well, character. Anyone know where I can find something like this, on the Nexus or elsewhere? T6M is what I'm currently using. Any response would be appreciated (preferably nice or helpful ones) :)

The wasteland has been harsh on you let your body be proof of that .. gun shot wounds (varietyburnsscratches and cutssome scars from the facial reconstructive surgerytattoo's , online , or ones you find on nexus with mod authors permission ( as long as the ink turns out perfect I wont give you anything that will look grainy or awful )you will need to have a unique bodyabsolutely risk free will cost 100 caps but ill negotiate to free ... :tongue:In reality im a tattoo enthusiast and artist and its a hard business to get into when your not of the male persuasion , so i do this for fun especially when I see so many people asking real modders to do special orders which takes up to much time for the modders when they have bigger things to do . just leave a comment or PM me , let me know what you want and where :smile: of course this wont be an instant job I do have a life and family but it'll never take longer than a few days max. few hours min . after im done ill upload 'em on my account and you download them . just my little way of giving back to all you great modders and ink lovers . I've been looking around for a while now, but can't find anything that solves this problem. In the head parts tab, there are only scar options for Khajit and Argonians, but no human races. The custom race I have uses the Breton morph race data, so I don't really know what the problem is. If anyone could help me out, that would be great :) Thank you in advance for any answers.

Okay, so ive worked out how to actually make and sort of add real scars to skyrim.. right now the problem im having is actually implementing it into skyrim in a safe and easy way to use so everyone can use it.. i have already tested out my testscar file by just replacing a map with the standard male head one.. so every male had this.. was just a test to see if i had the right map or what.. it worked just fine.. now to get it to where its player only, for now. So far its just a normal map, i tried just slipping it in the normal map file on some scars.. didt workout too well because i foundout that those scars are sectional not the whole face.. so i figured complexion would work, did the samething but it just became a very well painted scar with light mapping on the scars to make it look 3d when it was in fact 2d.. and it messed up my faces shading.. made the face pretty much pitch black when out of light and super bright in the light though that might be a polygon problem?... if theres a way to fix that so it can be put into the complexion files thatd be great, if not no worrys. i dont know much about texture mapping.. i know a little, so if anyone could help point me in the right direction or tell me where and what im doing wrong thatd be a HUGE help.. been banging my head against the keyboard for about a day now.. would love to be able to make this a easy to use mod so everyone can use it.. once I get the putting it into the game part all done ill make 12 to 15 scar maps and put it up as a scar mod.. would be more than happy to make personal scars for those who can help me out!! this is what it looked like when I placed it directly into the all males face map files. the left scar goes inward... the runes on the right go outward like a brand.. also these are unpainted, they will be painted to make them look more like a scar then they already do. b

Can we get scars, bite/burn marks, scratches, etc for the body? There's a mod that has Yao Guai scratches on the face but... this is the U.S. Wasteland filled with Feral Hairless Bears, Deathclaws, and Ghouls. People have screenshots filled with scarred faces... but every single one of them have no body scars. (unless I'm not looking at the right mods) Could we also get it for Atomic Beauty, CBBE, etc Bodyslides?

I find lots of scars for the face and front of the body but, I need lash marks/scars for the back. Something that shows an NPC has been whipped until they have had open wounds that healed. Any ideas?

Hello everyone, as I'm getting back into skyrim and playing around with my character I've been looking (for quite some time) for bloody, scarred, bruised, and or decaying skin textures for my MALE character.(face and body, but more scarring etc. on the body. The male part is important because I know there are some great looking female texture ones but none that I can find for males. Here's a bit of background so everyone knows what I'm going for. (also if something like this already exists please link it because I couldn't find it =/ but I'm not really the best at looking for things anyway) I want my character to look like a demon that also looks human so having scars, blood, decaying parts of his skin etc would be awesome. burns, bruises, bite marks, whip scars and that kind of thing would be cool too, something that makes him look like he's been through torture. On the topic of the decaying parts of skin: I'm not a modder so I don't know how hard that is to recreate but bones showing through skin, teeth showing through the cheek ( like the mummy movies) that type of thing would be awesome but if its really hard to do torture scars as I mentioned before is great on its own. I have searched the nexus and steam and can not find any mods related to this so here is my request I notice alot of modders doing beautification mods though this just does not sit right with me/ I would like to see body scars/ burns/ open wounds/ bruisings for both sexes and all the races, big gigantic slashes across the back as if a broadsword has sliced through.. perhaps even missing toes/ fingers with the beast races such as argonians horns broken on head scrathes and leasions on tail, Khajiit bald patches were fur has been lost. i was also wondering if it be possible to give artificial legs weather the be made out of wood, metal or even bone.

Hi! I recently bought the Ultimate Edition, and in looking for ways to mod the game, stumbled across a brilliant scars mod by SammyJC on the Nexus. I would love to add them to my game; the witch scars in particular are perfect for the character I think I'd like to play. The problem I'm having is that I cannot for the life of me figure out how. I'm not very tech savvy, but from what I've pieced together, they have to be added through the Dragon Age toolset? I got that, watched a few tutorials and loaded up a character model, but then when I went to the tattoo textures, I couldn't select anything but the default tattoo designs in DA:O. I'm well and truly lost. I want to add the witch scar to an elf mage. Can anyone help me out here?

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post... And move the post, of course... I'm looking for a bit of help with detail maps. I can see how they are used to generate older and freckled NPCs, but I was hoping to make better use of them for custom bodies and faces. For instance, a body detail map of moles that can be added as a variant, rather than editing in multiple full skin textures. Or scars... Or hair... Or tanlines... You get the idea. So I take two skin texture files, one with moles, the other without, but otherwise identical, and load them into GIMP as layers in a new image. I delete the Mipmaps from the two files, so I have two single layers, one from each file. I use a difference script to generate a new layer, based on the difference between the two texture files. I then invert the colors on this difference map, so I have white moles on a black background. This new layer, however, is much more akin to the tintmasks used for warpaint, dirt, etc, rather than the detail maps used for complexion. It has no discernable effect when added to the default skin resource in the Creation Kit. Is it possible, and how would I easily modify this "tintmask" file to serve as a detail map on a full body? Are there steps that need be done in the Creation Kit beyond adding the detail map so that the detail will display on in-game models? Thank you for your help!

I've been unable to find this in my search of the Nexus, but I would really like a more detailed skintone for male characters. Favoredsoul or Sundragon meshes would be preferred but, at this point, I'd settle for vanilla. I was wondering could you guys make a mod in which Geralt don't have so many scars? I mean I just start playing TW2 and currently when I see Geralt topeless and this all scars covering him it's just annoys me so I was wondering can you make a skin replacer where he doesn't have so many scars on him? Like clean skin with no scars... if it's possible for the face scar to be removed too, I will appreciate that too...
