  1. So I have recently bought Skyrim SE and I haven't modded the game since LE in like 2015. I was too busy playing Dark Souls and modding Oblivion instead, which is why I have so far avoided the use of MO2 - take that into account and tell me if I do absolutely need to use it for things to work or not. I would just like to ask, which of the big gameplay overhauls is worth installing? I have been messing-around with installing PerMa, but couldn't find a readme anywhere on how the hell to install it. At least I got Synthesis to work, but for now it is pointless. I had originally wanted to use SkyRE, but I have heard Perma is better; I am however offput by missing perk desriptions and overcomplexity. Ordinator, on the other hand, seems a little too simple and you have to download many other mods for it to be a complete overhaul, however; it avoids stupid patchers I am not used to. I have installed FCOM many times over with 300+ mods, if that helps. I am looking for what Misery is to Stalker: Call of Pripyat, you know? A mod, that makes the game harder, more complex, but not unnecessairly and aritificially hard by making fights ridiculous, perks unreadable and not obvious what they do. Because that is annoying. I just want the gameplay more varied and fun, while keeping the vanilla feel partially, making it more complex. I am deciding between; SkyRE PerMa Ordinator + various other mods by Enai to fill it up Requiem maybe? Also, this is my loadorder. I have not properly tried the game out yet by playing it, but there are no crashes and MCM has all of them loaded in and I have followed most of the instructions for every mod, except cleaning with xEdit, and LOD generation, which I plan to do once I am sure I won't be installing more bigger mods. Any tips on which to use? I can learn how to use the Synthesis patchers, but I need a proper readme.

I just installed SkyrimRedone two days ago and all the mods I was informed it would need to work with my other mods, and ever since then my game has been crashing only a few minutes after start-up. I've been searching for hours for a fix but none of the forums I've found have had solutions that have worked for me, though it's possible I've missed some since there are so many. Please, if any of you can help or direct me to a forum that has a solution, I'd be truly grateful. Thank you so much for your time.
  3. Hello, I am using skyre along with Immersive Weapons (and immersive armor but its working fine). I use Mod Organizer, LOOT, Reproccer, and TES5Edit. In the forge, there are duplicates for some the weapons that both Skyre and Immersive Weapons add (nodachis, silver battleaxe, etc.) But not all of them seem to have duplicates. I am using the Skyre, IA7, IW, WAFR patch from the skyre compatibility and reproccer patches and have run the reproccer. Therefore, there should not be any duplicates. The only thing that I have done that is slightly irregular is that I switched the pre and post proccers' dependence on the unofficial skyrim patch to the Unofficial Legendary Edition Patch (using TES5Edit). A specific example is the silver battleaxe. It has 2 different recipes and different weights, and the Skyre version has the extra damage against undead effect. All the duplicates (that I have found) have have the same damage (indicating the the reproccer is working). Does anyone know a fix for this?
  4. So yeah just like the title. I looked at the the mage trees and they are s***. I really don't like them. Is this possible or must i start a new game. Btw it doesn't have to be the whole skyre just the esp that changes the skill trees and i also have a potion of respec. Or ordinator doesn't matter just a better perks.
  5. So after more than a year not playing Skyrim, I decided to come back, made a fresh install came to nexus to grab some mods and BAM! everything is different in the mod scene now. I grabbed the essentials (I did have experience using Mod Organizer when it was in the early stages of the project), followed the core setup from S.T.E.P. and decided what mods I wanted to personalize my game how I want it to be. Still, I think my questions are fairly general and could help others too. I'm no noob to modding Skyrim, but some times even the best need help from others. :laugh: Here are my main doubts regarding patches mainly, I did researched through the forums and the web but I can't find a solid answer, even less for my specific situation and would be deeply thank full I some one can help me to grasp a better understanding of what is the best way to sort these problems. Many thanks in advance: 1.- What kind of mods I shouldn't patch with ASIS? ("Automatic Spells, Increased Spawns") 2.- What kind of mods I shouldn't patch with ReProccer? ("Generates an automatic patch for the Skyrim Redone overhaul.") 3.- What kind of mods I shouldn't patch with Dual Sheath Redux? ("Left handed sheathes and more") 4.- What kind of mods I shouldn't patch with Lootification? ("Automatically enchants and distributes mod-added items.") (maybe is the the same answer for 1, 2, 3 and 4?) 5.- Should I use SUM ("A SkyProc mod that automatically generates multiple SkyProc patches. Before you would have to run each patcher one by one while following the tedious Multiple SkyProc Patcher Protocol.") to patch the game with the mentioned above or are there some drawbacks related? 6.- I'm using T3ndr0s Skyrim Redone (a.k.a Skyre) and there are many mods that have compatibility patches for Skyre. Should I include them when patching with ReProccer? 7.-Should I also use the Bashed Patch or there are conflicts when making one if you are already using SkyProc patchers? 8.- At what point in this process of setting up the mods and patching them should I run FNIS? 9.- The patchers show me an error that there are maters missing even though they are installed and active (Side note: this happens a lot with compatibility patches) and read that there are some problems with the USKP and where solve by using the latest version of each patcher and MO 1.3.8, I still have the problem, but I have all the mods up to date and MO 1.3.11: 9.1.- I there a special way in which I have to setup SUM and the other patchers so I can run them through MO? 9.2.- Do I have to disable certain mods or is there something else I'm failing to do before in the setup process? 10.- If and only if is not a bother, could you refer me to a guide or something? But probably I've already been there earlier but it didn't help. Well that would be all, I consider my self not a pro but a veteran when it comes to mod games, but I felt overwhelmed when I returned to Skyrim, sorry for long post and excuse my English, is not my first language. Ok so im pretty new to modding but iv taken to the systems pretty fast but im struggling with game stability in the form of random CTD just game closes end of story along said i had been getting alot of infinite loading with saves and sometime fast travel (possibly solved tho). Now I went in and turned on dubug logging and here i will paste what im seeing. 1: I use NMM 2: I use LOOT 3: I use Skyre, all DLC, Project ENB Fantasy, some custom races, FNIS, CBBE, HDT, xp32 Maximum Skeleton and Dual Sheath Redux as some examples of running mods. 4:I do NOT know how to use Tes5Edit. NOTE: some of the logging will reference harmless console commands for giving items and such and various other gameplay as i go. As far as i can tell its reporting follower issues.   7. I have Skyre installed, and when I shoot arrows, they go way too far above the crosshair (more than in vanilla). The the problem is worsened by sneaking and zooming in (both or either). I tried the f1arrow tilt=0.7 f3arrowtilt=0.7(and 0.35 just to see) and it had no effect at all. I have the Enhanced 1st Person Camera Mod (although the mod page says it shouldnt cause a problem) and it happens in 1st and 3rd person, so I suspect it has something to do with Skyre. here's my mods
  8. I have Skyre (with proccer and reproccer etc) and Death Alternative Your Life or Your Money with DA:Captured as my main mods. Whenever I go into Death Alternative's bleedout mode, skyrim will crash, However, it can be after i have blacked out or after i got up and went into bleedout again. There seems to be no visible reason for the crash. Complete mod list and the last part of my papyrus script are uploaded spoilers, as requested. I use Loot and NMM, and TES5Edit (where needed) Please help. Unfortunately, because i did not know about the spoiler thing, I could not show the whole papyrus. Now that specific papyrus has been replaced with others, the spoiler shown is only the last part. Something about the BuildYourOwnHouse quest which is frequently in my papyrus. A second papyrus: this is a full one, start to crash Here is a third one after I disabled the house building quest using "stopquest BYOHhousebuilding" The crash still happened.
  9. Hello. I recently installed Skyre Dawnguard only version. And ever since, I have had problems with my armour and weapons level list. For example. I just started a new game and I went to the weapons store. Orcish arrows, and Orcish waraxe, at level 1. And also, a bandit chief had a full set of orcish while I was at level 2. I have a lot of mods but here is the load order that Wrye bash gave me. Active Mod Files: I recently installed Skyre with reproccer and then all the problems started with the leveling lists and everything. So I uninstalled Reproccer, but I think that was a dumb move. I just want to make sure I get the loot when the game wants me to. Such as Orcish at level 6 and everything. Please help!
  10. Using Mod Organizer with circa 250 mods, it was working really smooth until dying and having to reload. When reloaded all the mods on the MCM screen are getting reinstalled and i have to repick my Character Creation Overhaul stuff again as well. The problem stops when i deselect Reproccer.esp (Skyre). Doesn't go for only for old games same problem stays with new games as well. I use Loot and SUM to get the loadorder and the ReProccer going. I have googled it but no answer thus far worked. Verify game cache through steam didn't work nor loading the launcher. Would be really happy if anyone knows how to fix it so i can keep playing with Skyre. This all happens in game so it doesn't change the loadorder in Mod Organizer.

I'm using skyre and midas magic and i wanted to give it a hand at being a spellsword since skyre added perks and spells for spellswords and midas gives me utilities such as force pull and entangle that works really well with the spellsword. But i can't decide which of the perk trees mentioned in the titles i should use! on one hand oakflesh's second skin is awesome for sword fifhting and the weapon enchantments are awesome (especially with the enhanced enchantments particle effects mod), but it seems like the only thing you do is buff yourself and jump into battle like a warrior, i don't want to be a warrior, i want to be a spellsword duelist and use light armor (which means that at least one skill point is wasted on mage armor). Destruction seems really good especially with the added effects on ice and fire spells (does the armor debuff from fire work on dragons?) while dealing tons of damage, but i lose the stamina regen from oakflesh and pretty much only need it for utility. I thought to myself that alchemy is a must since poisons are really useful now and i need to buff my magicka so i don't miss on stamina stats as i level up, so i think that should remain in my build unless suggested otherwise. what do you guys think? which one is better overall? also if you suggest alteration should i abandon light amor and use robes instead? TL;DR: Between alteration and destruction, which one should i use? (using skyre).

  16. Something I've noticed with my heavily modded version of Skyrim is a somewhat annoying and potentially gamebreaking bug/fault (One my part. Maybe?) in which there are multiple versions of weapons from mods such as SkyRe, PerMa, PrvtI's Heavy Armory and so on. What I mean is, when I go into the console commands and search for, let's say, "Iron shortsword" there are 4 different instances of thing floating around, and so there are 4 different versions of said weapon in my game world with somewhat identical stats. Anyone got any ideas? EDIT: I'm not retarded and I only have one of these mods installed and enabled (PerMa) and I have gone through and searched my Data files for the related plugins for each of these mods.
  17. I have been mulling over the three major mod overhauls for a while now and can't seem to decide which would be best. They all offer something I like. So any opinions would be much appreciated. One aspect that has me slightly favoring Requiem is the static leveling, but I've also heard it can be quite brutal. While I don't want anything too easy (i.e. vanilla), I also don't want the game too frustrating, especially since I've been using the Alternative Death mod. Another concern is flexibility. I would rather not have to play a certain way (or use specific weapons, for instance) just to survive.

  19. Never before have I had such a hard time installing SkyRE! Using it to edit a few things including some ludicrous damage on some weapons, no matter what I try, the Reproccer throws exceptions at me. I've had this sort of thing with Wintermyst (and since uninstalled it). Having only the Skyrim.esm, the official DLC, the Unofficial Patches, and SkyRE, it still spouts this: If I disable patching for Weapons, the same happens for Armor, Projectiles, and Alchemy Components. What can I do to fix this?

Hello modding community I've downloaded several mods before i stumbled accross the Skyrim Redone mod by T3end0 I do realy like this mod for his new perk trees and the additton to get more than one perk point per level BUT there are some things that i dont like about this mod ofcourse ( otherwise i wouldnt be writing this post) is there a modder out there that can make the Skyrim redone mod more adjustable so i can choose to only: use the new perk system the scroll produktion the new spells added the wayfarer skill tree without changing the items like the armors or the weapons my problem with the items is that there are now Steel weapons that do like 21 dmg while the ebony mace i found was at 15 i do appreciate T3end0's work and he did a realy good job but these little things just make me feel uncomfortable while playing not to mention the long saving and loading times i have while the mod is active sencerly somebody who has no idea how modding works :mellow: Matthias
  21. Hi! I would like to suggest a perk option for mainly SkyRe but it would work with any perk overhauls or the main game too i guess. It could be unlocked only at the highest level of the chosen equipment based perk trees (Light armor, Heavy weapons... etc.) It would say something like "You have mastered the ......., now you are not bound by the limitations of the .....'s physical form." and it would raise all the weapons/armors base stats to the highest available base stat(I guess to dragon bone or daedric and maybe even raise base stat by 1), so from than on it wouldn't matter what material your weapon/armor made of and it would only be an aesthetic choice. Hope I made sense. :blush:

  23. So I've been spending the last month getting my Skyrim to look exactly the way I want, and now am focusing on enhancing the gameplay. The two mods I'm looking at are SkyRE (Skyrim Redone) And Epic Gameplay Overhaul. I haven't seen any mention on whether or not they're compatible, but it seems to me that they just might be, since SkyRE seems to focus mainly on player development a long with a few new items/creation mechanisms in game, Whilst EGO seems to focus on enemy AI's and newer spells etc. So, before I try both at once and possibly break my game, I was wondering if anyone has both installed and if so tell me how they play together?   24. So, I finally got around to installing Skyre. Overall, I quite like it, to say the least. But there are a few issues. The main one is that the price differential was already insane in vanilla, and Skyre just makes it even worse. Seriously, I can only sell an item for a twentieth of what the vendor charges? I mean...really? So, I'd like to change that, which leads into my other question. Isn't it supposed to have an MCM, where you can change things like weapon damage, arrow speed, and such? I thought I saw one like that in Sorcererdave's Skyrim LP videos (which were a large part of the reason I went with Skyre in the first place). But I'm not seeing any Skyre-related mod config menus. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
