Does anyone know if there is a mod that allows the option to "create all" when you're tanning, smelting, forging, etc? I hate having to spam my button when I have a bunch of materials.

I was surprised when I looked this up and didn't find anything about it (On it's own.) This idea doesn't seem radical to me, but I can't find a standalone mod that supports it, so I'll throw the idea out there. What about "fast" Skyrim smelting? In that, I mean smelting ore to ingots, but instead of having to spam the activate button to smelt 60+ ores, you merely click smelt, select how many you want to smelt at a single time, and then boom, you're done. This would be very similar to how you sell items, where you can choose to sell one at a time, or if you have more than a certain number, choose to sell all at once. Granted, maybe there is something of a similar nature in a overhaul mod, but that's not exactly what I'm looking for. I'm happy with Skyrim's crafting, just I feel like this would be a good addition to make smelting a lot easier.

My style of play makes smelting critical due to the fact that it enables me to breakdown gear, smelt ore, etc. So, one of the first things I look for in a housing mod is the presence of a smelter. If it's not there I move on.

I have a melted Ebony dagger that I have made, and you craft it with A ebony dagger and fire salts, Basically its a bad weapon, but I want to make so that theres a 30% chance of it able to give you fire resistance, and fire damage, I can do th fire resist and fire damage but i have no idea on how to make a 30% chance.

I'm working on a small mod that will add a salt mine to the game. I've decided to take someones advice and instead of mining salt piles, the mod will allow you to mine rock salt. The rock salt will then be able to be refined at a smelter into salt piles. I'm new to modding, and tried to search for myself, and now I come to you. So my questions are as follows: 1) How do I add a new ore deposit to the game? 2) How do I add a new ore to the game? 3) How do I tell the smelter the Rock Salt is smeltable? 4) How do I tell the smelter the Rock Salt smelts into Salt Piles? I appreciate as much help as I can possibly get.

I asked on the SkyUI mod page whether this could possibly be integrated into the mod or if it would have to come from another one, but it seems my comment was simply ignored. What I would like is a crafting system whereby the craft button presents you with a slider that ranges from 1 (default) to the maximum number of items you can make with your current materials. So in a normal case of crafting one item, it would simply be one extra press of E to confirm crafting only one. However, if you wanted to craft more than one, it would simply be a matter of moving the slider to the right place and hitting E, rather than repeating the normal process over and over. I'm really sick of having to spam left click to smelt all my ores, so the option to smelt all at once would be amazingly convenient. Of course it is basically a requirement that this be compatible with SkyUI, but if it can be made for use without it for those that choose to stick with the vanilla menus, so much the better.

So I'm working on my first mod, and I'm wondering one thing. Is it possible to add Categories to the Smelting menu via Skyrim Creation Kit (in Mod Organizer)? For example, when Smithing you can sort by Iron, Steel, Dwarven, etc. Is it possible to do this, but in the smelting menu? So if I want to smelt X amount of iron ingots, I go to the iron section, then choose how many I want?

I cannot find a mod that prevents my equipped gear from showing up in the smelter. Hopefully someone can point me to an existing mod.... But if one does not exist - please make one. It doesn't need to be fancy - just simply blocks equipped items from showing up so I don't accidentally destroy them. That is all... - smidi

Hi guys, I'm new here in the forums so I don't really know how to begin or pose the problem but I'm going to try. After a long while, my girlfriend bought me SSE as a Christmas present which I really loved so I started modding it and it works fairly well. The bug lies in the installed Immersive Weapons and Immersive Armors along with Complete Crafting Overhaul Remastered and Weapons Armors Clothing and Clutter Fixes in my opinion. If I smelt vanilla silver weapons it gives me a silver ingot as it should be. The problem comes when I want to smelt modded armors and weapons from IA and IW that I got after one of the Companions quests. It basically smelts modded silver armors and weapons into steel ingots. Apart from that it works like a charm but this thing bugs me out a lot. I've managed to create a conflict that prevents me from smelting any type of ore at all... not just one or two types, but none of them. The only "recipes" the smelter displays are those for melting down items to create ingots and ore... the latter which I still can't use. What am I looking for? If I load everything into SSEedit/xEdit, is there a specific type of record I can search for to isolate the causes?
