  1. The Imperials get light armor, medium armor, and heavy armor, but Stormcloaks just get light armor. We need a custom, standalone heavy armor set for Stormcloaks.
  2. Straight to the point, I'd love a mod that would allow me to kill the remnants of the Dark Brotherhood once I killed the Emperor, with an added NPC who gives you the quest, preferrably a neutral NPC, neither Stormcloak or Imperial Alternatively, having the Penitus Oculatus replaced by stormcloak soldier would one win the civil war for them, would be fantastic aswell, it makes no sense for these remnants of the Empire to reside in a town now under control of a faction that pretty much wants them dead Ideally, I would love it if, after winning the civil war for the Stormcloaks, and killing astrid, the penitus oculatus HQ would have stormcloak soldiers in it instead, who would give you the mission to wipe out the DB, however, as you do so, you would find with them a clue that sends you to Volunruud and kill Amaund Motierre and rexus (his bodyguard), from there off you would follow the same questline as that of the DB until you kill the emperor. PS: With the betrayal mod, I'd like to remind you, if you'd make it, to remove some dark brotherhood-based quotes from guards, no more "psst, hail sithis", they would instead speak of the emperor's death, but also thank you for wiping out the dark brotherhood
  3. Hi everyone. i would like to download "roman imperial armor and weapon replacer" mod by jedo dre and "yet another guards armor replacer with stormcloaks add-on"mod. My question and concern is, will there be conflicts? because vaultman30's mod already covered solitudes guards, however jedo dre's mod didnt mention any replacer for solitudes guards only npc with imperials armor. im worried if theres conflicts in solitude's guard armor or anything conflicts between this two mods install together. if anyone have had try this please help. owh and i heard jedo dre's mod have some bugs but its nothing serious can someone explain? thanks guys
  4. I'm going to do a race of the Civil War questline with a friend; I want to play on the Stormcloak side and he on the Imperial side. Would this give an unfair advantage to either of us? Does anyone know if they take equally long time to complete?

I have been thinking of using the civil war overhaul mod to defect the stormcloaks to the empire but I would like to know that if you do, can you take back whiterun as the empire and get Baulgraaf back as Jarl? I know that you can lose the battle of whiterun but im not sure of the effects. Surely there should have been a scene where rikke leads a charge to take back whiterun is there?
  7. Hello, I have just completed Season Unending and killed Alduin (in Sovengarde) immediately following it. Before that, I joined the stormcloaks, did the maxumum number of quests I could before Season Unending would not trigger, from the Jarl of Whiterun. Then I gave the Imperials +2 in Season Unending. But the Stormcloaks still did not expel me, and now I can't join the Imperials. My main request here is that I want to do (retaking) The Battle for Fort Neugrad for the Imperials, which you can only do when first joining the Stormcloaks and then switching sides to the Imperials after taking Fort Neugrad for the Stormcloaks. I know it says I need to take the Jagged Crown to General Tullius instead in order to do that: But I have already taken it to Ulfric long ago, many game hours ago. So the question is: What set of console commands do you think will do the trick for me? Even quest objective console commands are on the table here. My secondary objective is to complete as many Imperial quests now as possible, until I complete the questline (perhaps even retake Windhelm for the Imperials - Battle for Windhelm). My current mod list: A little background about me: I have played through Skyrim about a half-dozen times, thrice with all DLC. Half without modding (but W/SkyUI), but modded the last few times. I my present playthrough, it was the first time I played the thieves' guild and dark brotherhood to completion - this char is a thief and a general scoundrel, the type that would switch sides.
  8. Hello there! I'm having a serious problem when playing through the last mission of the stormcloaks side. When we enter castle dour to "make surrender" general Tillus, they start speaking to Rikke and at the end they fight. The thing is that in the moment the fight unleashes, Solitude guards appears from nothing accusing Ulfric of Vampirism; saying things like "die vampire!" and so. If I dont defend Ulfric, the quest never ends because he gets up and the guards attack again. If I kill the guards, I get 1000g of bounty and here comes the great part.... *drums rolling*.... Stormcloaks soldiers enter Castle Dour and start trying to kill me -.- I'm actually a Lord Vampire, but I never transformed neither used vampire drain or so. PD: when Ulfric is accused of vampirism... he starts shouting like a Draurg... He actually start SHOUTING. EDIT: Now I know the shout is an ability he has, whoops! I mean, WTF.
  9. Being a Stormcloak, It bothers me that the main menu icon is that of the Legion. I'd frigin' love a mod that changes the logo on the main menu to that of the Stormcloaks. Wouldn't hurt if it was to spin as well ;)

  11. Hey! I've desperately searched for a mod that simply changes stormcloak soldiers, to Skyrim soldiers, post-civil war. There's tons of overhauls for both factions but I can't see why someone hasn't made a mod that differs the Stormcloaks into unique units of the Kingdom of Skyrim. Maybe a name change in the armor is in order as well. I could rename stormcloaks in the creator kit, but I would prefer that when the stormcloaks won they would become skyrim soldiers, and stay rebels if you choose to do the Imperial questline.   12. It doesn't look like I will be getting a reply from the moderators of USLEEP so I post here hoping to get some solutions. First of all, I really do like the unofficial patches and appreciate the creators for the boat load of the bugs/glitches that they have fixed. I've started using USKP and other unofficial patches for DLCs not very long ago and recently changed to USLEEP. I know for the fact that in vanilla Skyrim, that the post-Civil War camps do not respawn the garrison of the either sides of the war after they have been cleared out. (The ones that are scattered around the nine holds; e.g. Winterhold Stormcloak camp, Rift Stormcloak camp etc.) After I've started using the unofficial patches, I've noticed that after spending a few days in game, garrison in the military camps started to respawn. (Without their leaders of course, who were made non-essential in the unofficial patches after finishing off the Civil War questline) The camps were completely cleared of the soldiers including the wounded and horses but they just kept on respawning after waiting a few days like any other common bandit occupied places would. I've scrolled through the USLEEP changelogs but I haven't found anything that makes change on that matter and I don't know if the change was made deliberately or just a bug/glitch. So, the question is, is there anyway I can disable the garrison respawn in the military camps that have been cleared out after finishing the Civil War questline? If there's anyone who knows how to, I would be happy to make the changes myself to my own game. Thanks in advance
  13. Hi, if its possible would someone be able to make a full mod where it replaces all the Stormcloak armor into variants of the grounders armor from the TV show "The 100". I think it would serve well as the Stormcloaks are often referred to as savages or barbarians so make em look badass like the grounders do, thanks! If someone could please see this mod through I would consider it a personal favour, thank you :smile:
  14. This is yet another topic dealing with the different ethnics of the two sides in the civil war since its just so fun to explore them. I'll try to keep this as neither for or against one side, but rather brings up an important point about are friend Hadvar. Eventually he does help you out in escaping Helgen after initially helping Ralof and if you escape together the two of you become best buddies. I know after you follow him to Riverwood he admits his mistake and says you shouldn't have been on the cart. Fine and dandy. However when you first step off the cart and he's going through the names on the list he acknowledges that you aren't on it and brings the topic to his superior. She basically says screw the list and sends you to be executed anyway. Hadvar seems to recognize this as something that's a breach in the Empire's military protocol but neither he nor General Tullius a few meters away say anything. In fact he recognizes he's ending someone innocent to die and apologies for it. He also claims they could even find out where your from given the time since he says your body will be sent back to your homeland, implying (to me anyway) it would be sent back to whatever family you have. For the debate I want to know what you think. Was Hadvar justifiable in this instance to let an innocent person go to the block? Or is he kind of a dick? Moreover what's General Tullius doing when this is going on, is he just ignoring this?

All over the nexus I see mods, mods and more mods. Mostly skimpy armors and followers to accompany you through an otherwise empty world. Long ago there was a mod that made all others crap themselves with horror. Warzones - Civil Unrest! For quite some time now this mod was thought dead, much to the despair of it's loyal fan-base. Well kiddies, I'm here to tell you that your wait is over. WARZONES 2015 will be going live any day now for it's public beta! For those of you who are new, lets start with the basic features of Warzones. Warzones adds hundreds of huge battles all throughout Skyrim. Some are random encounters, others are consistent battle ground playing host to dozens of Legionaries and Stormcloaks; all thirsty for blood and eager for battleWarzones also enhances existing civil war sieges. More soldiers, because who can claim a city by killing a dozen men?While the prime directive of the mod is enhanced civil war, there are also hundreds of random battles between Skyrims various factions and beasts. Now this my friends highlights what returning users have come to expect already. Well fear not my inspired young killing aficionados; we have something for you as well. Warzones 2015 has been entirely revamped from it's predecessor hosted here. MGE and Deapri have worked very hard on streamlining the scripts to bring you what is quite possibly one of the most stable NPC adding mods on the market.   19. What I request is a mod to be able to lead your own faction in the Skyrim civil war, a Dragonborn cult faction. Perhaps you start off in some Nordic ruin or abandoned fort, but you start in a place similar to those. Your goal is to take all of Skyrim from both the Imperials AND the Stormcloaks, and control it for yourself. Quests involve those similar to those in the Vanilla Civil War (taking forts and stuff like that) but you also need to build your army. You can lead propaganda campaigns to rally citizens of Skyrim to the cause of the Dragonborn, or take towns by force and conscript their residents (providing more cowardly, weaker soldiers). But the main thing is that YOU govern your war. That means no reporting to some commander after every mission. Well, maybe you still report to a commander, but YOU are telling HIM what to do, not the other way around. You can take your chances and send your forces to their objective alone, or go with them to assure victory. Also instead of having fire catapults you have dragons. Duh. You can take out the Imperials first, then go against the Stormcloaks. Or you could ally yourself with one of the factions and take over the other one (basically you use one faction's territories and soldiers and you split power with their leader (or betray them) in the end). Or you could fight a war on two fronts, causing a chaotic trifecta-war (like in ESO :D). Sorry if this seems super jumbled. TL;DR below. -Command your own Dragonborn Cult faction in the Skyrim Civil War -Select a starting fort or ruin (includes Helgen I suppose) -Take Skyrim from the Imperials AND the Stormcloaks, or lose to either/both of them -Recruit the citizens of Skyrim to your cause using propaganda and conscription -Enlist the help of guilds, villages, and orc strongholds by appealing to their ideals in your propaganda (whether you end up fulfilling your promises is up to you) -Equip your soldiers with armor and weapons of your choosing (hopefully supports modded sets) -Command your armies without having to attend their battles -Siege towns with friggin dragons on your side -Fly Dragonborn cult banners over towns and control them with your soldiers -Rule your new subjects with an Iron Fist or and Open Hand -Sounds awesome, right?

  21. Shameful, is what it is. The guards in this city are all lazy and undisciplined. Things need to change... Commander Cauis walks around Dragonsreach like a preening rooster. I could do his job blindfolded... Really, Sinmir? Then why are the guard's hot on my tail whenever I steal an apple? Seems like pretty solid law enforcement to me. But what if it really wasn't? This is to be an immersion mod, of course. Our favorite Lollygagger Sinmir in the Bannered Mare is always griping about the poor state of Whiterun's Guard force. Yet they seem to act just like any other law enforcement in any other city, don't they? This is something a lot of people don't seem to notice and if they do, it's something they stop noticing eventually. As such, this would be another one of those mods where you really wouldn't notice that there is a mod in place, like it was supposed to be this way all along. What if, while Sinmir is NOT captain of the Guard (I.e, before civil war questline or if the Imperials win whiterun), the Whiterun guards, specifically, acted differently? How would they act differently, you might ask. Well I've thought up a quick and simple list that might make a lot of sense. At least one Guard sitting around in the Bannered Mare during the day, drinking his cares away.At least three Guards in the Bannered Mare at night, dancing and drinking and lollygagging.Guards do not react to theft of things 30g or lower, even if it is directly in front of them.Guards do not react to anyone of a bounty less than 500g.Guards are more close-knit like they are talking to each other and hanging out, rather than patrolling the city.Only one Guard patrolling the plains district, while the guards in the cloud district are less, but otherwise unchanged.Guard that stands by the post between Arcadia's Cauldron and Belethor's Goods relocated or changed in some way that makes him look (and BE) less perceptive.Guards do not notice any public disturbances you make INSIDE buildings (Where there are no guards) until you hurt someone enough, or kill someone.Guards are not always well-armed. (Maybe even clothes instead of Armor on some of them?)Guards are less able, to the point of being almost Incompetent, in battle. (Maybe, though this could conflict with many combat overhaul mods... By could, I mean Would.)Now, how would this work with other mods? One of the more notable guard-overhaul mods is Guard-Dialogue overhaul. I see several workarounds, (Although I am not YET a modder and so I may not really know what I'm talking about). First (And Largest) : Whiterun Guards are deleted and REPLACED with other NPC's named "Whiterun Guard" who have all of the unique behaviors I listed above until the Civil War Questline ends in favor of the Stormcloaks, where they are again replaced with their Vanilla Guard counterparts. Second : Maybe Guard Dialogue Overhaul doesn't affect their behaviours at all, merely their dialogue? So in theory, the two would be compatible anyway. Third : Create it specifically with Guard Dialogue Overhaul in mind, with a patch and all. --On that note, perhaps at that point one might as well do a Guard Behaviour Overhaul for ALL the cities, each with their own unique behaviors based on the Status of the City, People's Opinion of them, etc. Quest-Breaking? The only quest I can think of that this would interfere with is "With Friends like These", where the Guard talks to the Alik'r Warrior regarding his release after you've paid the fine (or Persuaded him to let him go, if that was an option..). What do we do? Just don't delete that specific Guard patrolling the prisons. Or even adapt the 'new' guards to not change their behavior in that area until the quest is done. Something like that. Now, After Sinmir gains control, either the Vanilla Guards would act Vanilla again or they would have new behaviors to show that they have REALLY improved. Greater HealthGreater DamageHigher LevelMore CoherentPatrolling more areasACTUALLY patrolling those areasThe list goes on. Also, perhaps we could get that bug fixed where Sinmir was supposed to live in Dragonsreach after the Stormcloaks win, but doesn't. What kind of Guard Captain hangs around the Inn all day? I want to do this myself, but at this point I don't have a computer capable of Skyrim and hardly capable of the Creation Kit, so that makes it really quite hard to even begin. On top of that, I've no modding experience and would have to wait while I Get a better computer and also learn how to even begin to do all this. Frankly, That's looking like it'll take a very quite long time, so I'd like to pass the idea on and see if anyone wants to pick it up.   22. Okay, so I don't really use the forum here much, in fact this is my first and probably only time posting here unless something else comes up. So forgive me if this is in the wrong place or someone has answered this already but google has told me that no one has. So there is a mod called "Stormlord Armor" which adds a really amazing Stromcloak armour to the game and makes it Ulfric's default armour. The problem is it's way too bulky for a female character and it doesn't quite look right. In my travels around google I have come across an image that features the metal shoulder piece from the armour but has removed many parts of the bulkier aspects. I have only found one other person on a different forum who asked about this and someone linked them back to the original Stormlord page. Problem is there is nothing on the original page hinting to this "shoulders only" armour piece. That I can tell anyways. So if anyone could point me in the right direction or tell me if this was a personally made alteration that is not public that would be cool.   23. This may have been covered another 2 thousand times, but I've tried every single fix I've been able to find. Such as fast traveling away, then back. Or killing him (down on his one knee) then disabling and reenabling him. Fast traveling to the camp itself (Liberate the Rift) or saving and reloading. None of these things work. Help, please.
  24. Are there any mods that prevent major consequences of taking a hold during the civil war questline? E.g. guards remain guards instead of turning into the occupying armies soldiers, the damage to the cities is nullified, the Over thrown jarls are thrown in a cell rather than swept into a basement refugee camp.
