YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA *flips a car over player: yep! its called psycho its gonna make you alot stronger, you can buy more of them from solomon at diamond city, just be careful not to use too many of them
  2. Is there a mod that makes Strong able to equip any weapon you give him?
  3. Ive been searching the internet for about a day straight now and cant find anybody who even has the same issue as me. All of my companions as well as all other essential npc's have become permanently killable in my game. For example if I shoot Ada eventually she'll apologize for her failure to help defend me and then lay down on the ground at which point if I walk up to her the transfer menu pops up showing her inventory as if interacting with a storage container. I'm not sure why this has happened or how to fix it. I even loaded a save from near the beginning of the game and the error seems to carry through save states as well which seems extremely weird to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated as its extremely annoying to have to reload every time my companion dies.
  4. As the title says, I would like to see some support for 2 handed power armor melee weapons. It looks a little silly seeing as you can use a sledgehammer the same way as a combat knife. Could open up potential for new mods that add melee. Maybe one weapon could be a hunk of rebar & concrete similar to the ones nightkin use in New Vegas.
  5. Everytime I have stated a new game I have had to deal with my obsessive need to acquire as many companion perks as possible. This process would be long and painful enough but is made worse due to one companion in particular - Strong. For the life of me I cannot come up with a genuinely good reason to befriend the oaf. He/she/it likes good deeds but is otherwise a dumb, bloodthirsty barbarian who talks about eating people and smashing stuff. The Berserk perk is also pretty useless for anyone relying on ranged weaponry. I tend to keep him/her/it at The Castle where I believe my armed militia and automated defenses can keep him/her/it out of trouble. But whenever I stop by to repair some power armor and pick up supplies the great lummox gets a big frown on its green mug of a face and I get points deducted as I get in and out of my power armor suit. Don't even get me started on his/her/its apparent dislike of lock-picking. It is an almost physical pain whenever I have to walk past a locked safe just because I am spending time adventuring with Strong. So while I know this is a process some here have had to do three times, I hope that for my third play-through I don't have to deal with this garbage. So, is anyone yet able to make it so Strong is not such a pain in our collective asses to deal with?

I'm playing around with some mods that allows you to detect whether a person is a synth or not, and when I'm just roaming around, I run the quest to get Strong and behold, he's highlighted as a synth. I go to my inventory and check my mask to see if it's an issue. So I unequip it and equip it again. Yup, he's still highlighted. I start to think the mod just glitched, so I finish the quest and take Strong back to my place so I can modify the mask. I take the mod off and he's not highlighted. So I put the mod back on. Yup. He's highlighted again. Makes me wonder if he was a Gen 3 synth to be made to look like a supermutant. Some odd things seem to support this. He's tamer than other supermutants. He's got more intelligence. He actually wants to make the world better. All of these things are something atypical of a Supermutant.   7. I've been lately writing a Fallout 4 parody in a while, and got this idea, which a creative modder can try to integrate in the game (maybe if the GECK was released). I had the idea after doing the quest were you return the serum to Virgil and Strong was my companion, and he was frustrated and mentioned something like "You will not return Strong human!" or something, so maybe we can expand on that? So, here's what I think what can happen throughout the quest: Maybe after raising the affinity to 100%, you can use charisma checks (maybe CHR- 15 requirement? Even higher? (with the help of items and chems)) to convince him to return Human. Maybe if you sided with the Institute or have Virgil still alive you can convince him/them to do another serum? Maybe a quest where you return Virgil to the Institute or BoS? Anyway, then Strong takes the serum and leaves, after a while, well, maybe we can go two paths here (depending on the modder): Maybe he returns after a couple of in-game days, with full memory of his past (maybe taken from one of the terminals on the game? I mean, as in as one of the anyone who left a terminal message), and maybe...just maybe...give the players a plot twist and reveal that Strong was a woman pre-mutation (as "Muties" are Asexual according to game lore). I would like to hear your opinions on this, and maybe when the GECK is out one day something like this can be accomplished?   8. I don't know about you guys, but i really would like to play as a super mutant and go around killing things with Strong. It could be a power armor re-skined or something like that, i dont know much about moding ps: sorry for my english ps2: since fallout 3 i wanna play as a supermutant xD
  9. Greetings, I have searched around and haven't found a mod dedicated to Prince Nuada who is the main antagonist of Hellboy 2. I lack the knowledge of modding and that is the reason why I request it. It is a light armor which is best looking on the elven race. I have attached some pictures below about the armor and the golden symbol around the waist, Thank you!
  10. I am surprised that (with previous easter eggs for them) I find no Venture Brothers mods. I saw (several) mod videos where people had changed all of their companions to sexy female humans.No surprises there. What with the voice of Strong not changing when you change his race to human, or gender to female, he would sound perfect as Dr.Girlfriend. I think a lot of people would like that, and all it really takes is a bee costume (ok, texture) change for Strong. No, I'm not after a mod to romance Strong (nor should you be). Anyway, I thought it would be funny to have a mod to change Strong into Dr.Girlfriend. I'm sure Venture fans will also want Monarch and Bee suits..,, Any takers?
  11. Hi guys, I have a problem with Strong. He won't stop following me after I dismiss him. I hired him for a fun trip into the Brotherhood' HQ. Later, back home, I traded him for Piper. But he's still following (annoying) me. I also tried to dismiss him the usual way, through dialogue, send him to another place, hire other followers, with no more luck. It's fun to have two companion, unless one of them is Strong. Please help me or I'll eat you all ! I play on PC, no mods. Thanks.
  12. Anyone care to model-fuse supermutant body with Dogmeat head, make him a good strong-ripped boy, leave the actions (attack/sleep/play with teddy, and all that) as dog but, make him walk on 2 legs?
  13. this is a request out to modders to make a mads mikkelsen face mesh for the humanoid races (excluding of course greens, shortlings and dragons). preferably for both body 2 and 4. preferably accompanied by an ai voice mod of him too. ty :3

I would like Virgil's Cave, Protectron and Turrets to be part of a Settlement that you can take ownership of post cure, when his belongings are no longer marked as owned. -I would like human Virgil to become a unique settler who can be moved and assigned to a caravan. -I would like his supermutant outfit-labcoat-rags to be placed in the workshop so you can make Strong wear it if you so wish. -I would like Virgil to wear the correct divisions apparel post transformation, although this is not essential as I have seen a mod that does this, although for compatibility and load order's sake it would be preferable. -Finally I would like his Protectron to be an Automatron rather than a vanilla entity so we can use modded paints on it, faction paints for example.   16. Can someone make a werewolf model that has the arms looking stronger but does not make the chest super beefy that makes the stomach small. This is what happened with bigger badder werewolves, I love the hulky mesh arms, but the chest then has a bad stomach and the head looks like a bear's and no longer a wolf's. I tried to contact the author but he does not change the model or reply back. So my request is for someone to make the arms and legs more muscly and do little or no work to the chest and head.
  17. Hi all I've been spending some time looking for a modification that makes vanilla followers a bit less, well, allmighty. I did my first playthrough without any followers until I met Fawkes during the main quest and thought: How cool is that? A Super Mutant who fights with me! Lets go, mutie! Well, his strength is arguably too high, as I found out soon (the already WAY to easy boss battle became a mere cinematic, with him doing almost as much damage as the giant robot) and as discussed in countless other threads, so I decided to not pick him in my next playthrough and go with Jericho instead. But after fighting some raiders in the DC ruins (whose main weaponry was rocket launchers and assault rifles) I soon came to the conclusion: Dammit, Jericho could probably fight all those super mutants and raiders on his own! No need for my lvl 10 character to assist him. How boring! I did some testing, guiding him to a bunch of maybe five or six raiders, letting him do the job and watch the battle from a safe distance. One minute later all raiders were dead (although Jericho took some indirect rocket hits - which would have killed me instantly), while his health never dropped below 50%, and immediately after battle he gets magically healed (another thing that bugs me a lot; did in Skyrim, too), so he can take another three rockets to the face and still kick raider and mutant ass like nothing ever happened. For the next test I took him over to a place where two mutants were waiting, both of them equipped with miniguns (which I have modified a bit, their rate of fire is doubled; and I also use a mod that makes mutants a lot tougher...). Same thing again: Both mutants keep firing their guns simultaneously at him, and while I would have died in this bullet rain after a few seconds, he manages to take them out with his assault rifle and still have 30% health or so left. Seriously, this is crap game design. Why implement - seemingly unbeatable - followers in a game who take away the last bit of challenge from the player? I don't want to know how ridiculously easy the unmodded game would be (I played only a couple of minutes without mods, probably until the first battle was over...) Difficulty setting hard, XFO with stronger raiders, stronger weapons, tweaked mutants with doubled or tripled health and DR, insane ROF for those mutant's miniguns - and still 9 out of ten times these followers survive every danger I put them in (without a scratch, thanks to auto heal), while my own character has to stay in cover in the same kind of situation, use the terrain to his advantage, do short aimed bursts, take out the most dangerous enemies first or at least cripple their arms so they won't fire as accurate, or target their weapons, slow down approaching melee attackers (because XFO makes melee attacks really devastating...), use mines, grenades and a lot of stimpacks... So, to bring this (complaint, I guess. Hmm... sorry for that :) ) to an end: Does anyone know about a mod which makes vanilla companions less powerful? For example: Disables auto healing after combat? (so I have to heal them; or maybe makes them regenerating health slowly, not instantly) Reduces their base DR / Health / accuracy, whatever? The only mod I found was CBO, and that's too intrusive, fancy and complicated (and thus bugged) for my liking. All the other mods seem to make followers even more powerful (making them essential and whatnot). All I'm looking for is a balanced plain anti-semigodmode for companions, because a 1000 caps is too cheap for a superhero... Thanks and have fun Durak
  18. Anyone know if one already exists? I know there's a mod for furniture for Super Mutants. But it doesn't have a bed. I'd love to be able to give Strong a bed he can sleep in.
