Hello the internet, I have a request for some resources/assets, and was wondering if any people good at creating textures/meshes could make me something to use in a mod. More specifically, I want to know if anyone could recreate the Khajiiti ruins and houses from Elder Scrolls: Online. That includes both Exterior and Interior parts.

I have wondered a lot about a few items, many of which were present in other various Fallout games, some were vanilla, some added by mods. Here are the things I think are missing, most are items, one is a place/location. Please feel free to add anything else that you have wondered about. 1: decks of playing cards. (I know New Vegas is well...new VEGAS, but the love of card playing isn't limited to just ppl in that area) 2: basketball jerseys and or shorts. ( I would love a Celtics jersey for my Player to wear ) 3: fire hydrants (this seems almost universally missing from the Fallout world though. They have fire-fighting Protectrons, but no fire hydrants) 4: Fire Stations (yes , this is the place/location I mentioned. Police Stations? Check. Hospitals? Check. Military Outposts? Check, but no fire stations.) 5: Condoms ( Ya would think there might be a few left? Especially in some of those old abandoned broke-down dressers in old homes...lol ) 6: Brothels. (yeah okay, this is another place/location --- but the idea just hit me. Just surprised that so far I have only seen one Mod that had a neon sign to advertise "Live Nude Ghouls") I really expected to see some --- Adult Variety Entertainment in Goodneighbor at least. 7: harpoons. ( I know its random but in light of the number of BIG aquatic critters scuttling around, I'm surprised there are no harpoon guns, or just harpoons. Must be the 'anti-spear' thing that Fallout clings to in its games. But, we could at least be able to find a few to use as decoration.) 8: golf clubs and golf bags ( umbrellas? yeah, walking canes? yep ----- golf clubs? no ) I'd love to tee off on a Super Mutant with a golf club as a weapon too. "Oh Codsworth, I think I need my 7 Iron for this one !" Thats all I have at this moment, just needed to get that off my chest and outta my head. :smile:

Hi there, Where to start off :P Well this is my first topic, I am a fan of many anime shows, anyways... ill get to it. I was just wondering if anyone is interested in or knows if there is any plans of modders making anything to do with bleach for Fallout 4. For Example. -Clothing: the sandals/headwear and The type of Robes that the death gods wear, -Hair-styles such as Ken Patchi's/ Itchigo's hair/ Captain Byakuya Kuchiki's hair, ETC -Types of weapons: like the Bow Ishida has with the Glove and different types of Swords they have (soul Slayers) - Scars that the characters have Thats all i can think of atm.

(UPDATED) So i figured out how to edit the game subtitles, but the problem is, when i type anything in arabic text in place of the original english text, the creation tool converts it to some symbols, i don't know why. . . any one knows how to fix this?.

I noticed this problem while using AFT (amazing follower tweaks) there is an ability to turn any NPC into a follower by using a certain spell on them that opens AFT "make follower" command for you to say to them, but the problem is that you cannot talk to animals so i thought that if someone had info on some mods that gave you access to a spell that would make it possible to speak to animals with the basic fallout style "i need to get going" thing... and sorry for my horrible grammar i hope you got the idea :s

It would be really cool if there was a mod that lets you shoot people's hats off. and you'd gain xp everytime you did it too. I think i have a rough idea how this can be done. as soon as someone recieves a headshot, a script can run on the actor wearing it, the hat would be removed from their inventory and dropped on the ground(target.dropitem 2301345), if the player does this to an npc they'd gain xp (player.modav experience 50) . but I'm not that experienced with scripting and I dont know to make this possible

Hello, first off I have never seen this before so I am abit confused by it. I didn't add any mods or anything and I have played on this save for over 61 hours with no issues and view the (corrupted?) items and they were fine, until one day they were not fine. It so far involves the Deathbrand helmet, it goes a weird multicoloured texture and now a sabre cat texture is doing it even when I have run the reprocc patchers using SUM for AV, DSR, and Reprocc. Still they didn't cause issues as they are just patchers and everything was fine before. Hello! I have been away from modding a while now and there is one mod I cant find! There is a nice viking looking helmet that draugrs have, and it its not in vanilla skyrim. So, say you die, doesn't really matter how. So then your player character, upon death, is sent to an afterlife, depending upon which quests you've done so far, or you can choose your preferred afterlife when you create your character. How do you get back to Tamriel, and more importantly your body with all of your loot and stuff? Well, that would depend... If you chose the afterlife of Sovngarde, you would have to venture through the soul snare (or not, depending upon if you finished the main story quest or not) and reach the Hall of Valor, where you could appeal to Ysmir/Shor to be returned to the mortal world. A side quest or three might need to be done before you can return.If you chose the reincarnation afterlife, you get to create a new character! Don't worry, your old body will still be left where you died, so this is an opportunity not only to try again, but to also get yourself some cool stuff the moment you start, or once you reach your other body. You don't get to keep your kids or your spouse though, so good luck trying to find someone else.If you were soul trapped, you get to go to the Soul Cairn, regardless of which afterlife you chose. You would have to appeal to the Ideal Masters, who would give you a number of side quests to return to your body, but not without a random debuff.If you are a werewolf, you get to go to Hircine's Hunting Grounds. You can hunt things forever as a werewolf! But, if you get bored of it, you can appeal to Hircine to let him send you back to your body.If you're a Nightingale, you get to go to the Evergloam, where you can become the shadows of Tamriel. You can appeal to Nocturnal to send you back, but not without striking a deal and paying your debts.If you're a Dark Brotherhood assassin, you get to go to the Void! There is absolutely nothing here, except for Sithis, who can only be perceived as a red light. You can try to appeal to him to send you back, or you can try finding Anu, who is a blue light, and he will send you back right quick.If you apply for more than one of these, then you get to chose your afterlife when you die. EDIT: I forgot a few things! D: Other Afterlives: If you chose the Moonshadow afterlife, you get to go to a place where everything is bright and colorful! You can appeal to Azura, who will promptly send you back to your body.If you chose the Snake Mount afterlife, you get to wander through an endless maze until you find Boethia, where you can battle her other champions in order to return back to Skyrim.If you chose the Apocrypha ending, you get to try and find the right Black Book to get you back to your body! Be careful, one could summon a bunch of dremora, others would give you a crippling debuff. If you are already the champion of Hermaeus/killed Miraak, then the old Herma-Mora will send you back or direct you to the book that does the least amount of damage.If you chose Ashpit, you get to try and find Malacath. Once you do, you have to battle him in order to get yourself back to your body.If you chose Deadlands, you get to try and find Mehrunes Dagon and get him to send you back, either through battle or trickery. Often times, you'll just have to resort to getting a sigil stone and opening a portal back or getting a dremora to banish you back.If you chose Coldharbor, you either get to appeal to Molag Baal to get you back, or if you character is female, you can go through the the pledge and some back as a pure-blooded vampire. Scuttling Void, realm of Namira. Corpses everywhere. You can try and find Namira at the top of her bone throne, where you would have to try and appeal to her, either by eating a corpse or defeating a monster that is giving her subjects trouble in her realm.If you chose the NEVER ENDING PARTY!, you get to chill with Sanguine, who would send you back once you beat him in a drinking contest.If you chose the Shivering Isles, you can try to talk sense into Sheogorath, but it may take a few tries to get him to send you back to Nirn. Otherwise, you can try to talk to the dukes of the Isles, but that may take a few tries, too.If you chose Quagmire, then you get to see a bunch of horrific stuff. You can try to get Vaermina to send you back, but she will probably want send you back to give a certain amount of nightmares to people as an exchange. After being sent back: If you died in a bandit camp, your body will still be left where it was. Some expensive stuff is missing, but you can get that back from assorted chests around the camp. Unless you cleared it out, then everything should be there.If you died in the wilderness, you wake up like normal with nothing missing except for maybe food.If you died in a dungeon or barrow, some of your low level weapons and armor (clothes through steel) may be missing, which will be worn by the draugr or whatever else is around.If you die near a town or city, you wake up in a Hall of the Dead! Either that, or you wake up in a hole that was about to be filled, but you started waking up, so they stopped.If you die in a Forsworn camp or redoubt, you wake up on an altar, about to be sacrificed to the Old Gods for some ritual. At the sight, the nearby Forsworn run away, screaming about how they did the wrong ritual.

I like the way MOST of the Ancient Falmer Armor looksI do not like the lack of sleeves because in a fight i feel like that is a major weakness and it looks kind of stupid (in my opinion)if somebody is willing to make a slight armor re texture that adds in sleeves i would be very grateful. A possible thing you could do for the sleeves is copy glass armor's sleeves or the Ebony mail's sleeves Thank you if you work on this, and if not thank you for your time

Hi all. Can anyone point me to some tutorials on how to edit colors of spells, visual effects - in other words - things that i need to make unique spells that differ from vanilla ones in everyway. Any advice, tutorial, videos programms needed - will be appreciated. I just need basic stuff - just what i need to get everything working at the end. Ofcourse a lot more detailed instructions would be great. Thanks ! :)

If you're like me then you love the Metro games based off of the books and the books themselves. And if you're like me you really would like to see more Metro in Fallout 4. I would like to ask someone, anyone, and everyone to please try and make some Metro based weapons, outfits, locations (perhaps underground settlements in a Metro-like area) and perhaps even some lore since in the last game of Metro, Last Light, some hints were alluded to that there were other survivors of the nuclear apocalypse in other countries. There's a lot you can see by just using YouTube to find videos. To get a real feel you'd have to play/read the games/books. Here are some ideas (mostly weapons) to get some creative people started: -The Duplet: a hand-made pipe shotgun which is rather customizable. Starts out as a double barrel, can be a quad-barrel! -The Shambler (Uboinik): this one is essentially a revolver shotgun! -The Bastard Gun: overheats like a bastard, terrible accuracy and mechanical unreliability. But it's the only hand-made machine gun in the Metro! -The Tihar: pneumatic air gun which propels steel ball bearings at great speed! Virtually silent and very deadly. -The Volt Driver: much like the Tihar it uses ball bearings but this is actually a crude attempt at a rail gun! The bearing is larger than the 2mm EM railgun ammo and moves slower but its size leads to good impact. -The Helsing: uses a pneumatic design like the Tihar to propel steel bolts at high speed from an 8 tubed rotary "magazine" -The Valve: this one is a straight-pull bolt sniper rifle which seems to take inspiration from the Mosin Nagant and the Swiss K31 WWII era rifles but in a make-shift design. -The Preved: this massive sniper rifle is essentially a PTRD Anti-Material Rifle from the Soviet Union during WWII. -The Abzats: this is an automatic shotgun that uses the DShK HMG as a platform for a handheld buckshot spammer. -The Revolver: sure, we already have these in FO4 but Metro lets you make a simple revolver into a deadly .44 carbine of awesome by using a stock and grip addition with a longer barrel. -The Medkit: these are essentially already in-game as stimpacks but a stimpack is rather clunky looking. A Medkit looks small, compact and is everything needed for survival in a stylish orange case :D -The Pipe-bomb: honestly I can't believe this isn't a thing in FO4 already. Exactly like it says on the tin. -The Nosalis: these pack-hunting monstrosities are the bane of the Metro. They are hairless mutated animals which resemble, loosely, moles which would fit right in as a cousin to molerats. -The Metro: through the metro there are settlements, people, raiders, etc. It would be nice to see some of the metro-like areas in the Commonwealth be home to more than just ghouls and house decent sized towns, raider dens, outposts, etc. This would require the most work, of course, but would probably create a lot of new content if a lot of love were invested. Seeing as there are only a few metro-related areas in the Commonwealth as-is I would imagine that new areas would have to be created. And that's all I'll add for now. I would love to see two of my favorite post-apocalyptic survival games merge in some ways. Thanks your reading and I hope someone takes up at least a portion of my request! :D

edit. excuse the bad title Hey, I'm a music producer in love with Fallout New Vegas and I am currently making my own music for a ''hip hop'' radio station in Fallout New Vegas. The idea is; You stumble upon a dusty shelter, seemingly abandoned. Inside you find a robot with unique properties. It is a music making robot. It will ask you to help it set up a radio station, so it can broadcast it's music, sampled from pre-war records. After you've done the quest to set up the radio station, you will be asked to gather more records for the robot. After a couple of days, it will have produced a new beat with it, and it will play in the radio station. So this is the general idea. I'd need a lot of help designing the quests to feel interesting and unique, as well as helping me mod the game in general. GOAL PICK UP weapons, armors, and utility items mid-mission and USE THEM immediately! Integrated with Grimy’s Loot Mod and coded with many, many, NEW attachments (at least it will be). Utility items are 1-time use. Meaning things such as Grenades will be removed from their utility slot(s) upon use/activation. This is to make up for gathering more of them in the field.Reloads are limited, encouraging you to scavenge, by incorporating the mod “[WotC] Limited Reloads [WiP]”. Some attachments provide more or fewer reloads. Includes the Melee Strike ability in case you run out of ammo.Armor and Vests deteriorate and require repair upon taking damage. ALPHA BUILD I’d like to define Rarity based on attachments (or the other way around), similar to how Grimy’s Loot mod does his with the 3 tiers of crates you open, but I’d like to have 5 tiers differentiated by color in the field. 1. Colored Loot Drops (based on Rarity: White [Common], Green [uncommon], Blue [Rare], Yellow [Epic], and Orange [Divine]). 2. Loot Drops have no time limit and are dropped by every enemy that isn’t killed by explosives. 3. Loot Drops have different icons indicating loot type (see image above, Example shows Weapon vs Armor icons). 4. On Loot Pickup the following popup appears with the option to IGNORE or EQUIP (or SWAP): 5. Note that with Utility items, all Utility slots will be shown if there isn’t an empty one – so that the player can SWAP with an item he/she chooses. 6. If you SWAP, your old gear remains on the ground so that anyone can pick it up. There isn’t a 3x3 Loot Highlight around the old gear, but if you or another squadmate stand within its invisible confines the Pickup Loot Hand Icon appears on the action bar. 7. Armor is damaged whenever a unit is hit. Picking up/putting on armor in the field costs 1 action that’s turn-ending, unlike all other Loot pickups - which are free actions. Picked up armor provides its abilities, but only grants 1/2/3 extra HP until it’s repaired. 8. All Armors can be repaired at the cost of supplies/alloys/elerium where you normally buy items (See image below). Whenever armor is damaged it will need repair, unless it’s non-upgraded starting armor. 9. Weapons/Armors beyond the starting set cannot be mass produced. This is a scavenge war. 10. You can sell your unwanted items on the Black Market. For Alpha I’d just like to be able to generate/pickup rarity-appropriate weapons, armors and utility items mid-mission using loot from Grimy’s Loot Mod. After Alpha is complete, I may release the mod and start the Beta build. BETA BUILD In Beta I’d like to write my own attachments and modify some of Grimy’s attachments to better suit the Run & Grab playstyle. I’ll approach Balancing to a greater extent, and probably have some new ideas by then. Plee All said and done, this is my first time even editing .ini files, and I need help if this is going to succeed. If anyone is interested in joining (or even taking over) the project you’re also welcome. Any help you can provide is welcome. I seriously have no idea how to start.

After installing several mods, at the beginning of the game after loading, this window appears, without any identifying marks. Who will tell you what kind of garbage it produces and what needs to be removed from the game folder so that the window disappears forever?

In case anyone is interested, I stumbled over a finished, scripted rope in the CK. It can be used to make hanged npcs. 1. Place "hangedManRopeTRIG" (can be found under activators) in your cell/world/etc. 2. Double-click the rope (in the render window, or whatever it's called in english), then go to the scripts tab. Open up the scripts properties. A. For the "corpse" property, select the npc you want to be hanged. You might want to check the npc's "Starts Dead" box. B. For the "FakeForceBallNudge" - select the "explosion" you want to happen when the rope is hit. FakeForceBallNudge is probably the best one in this case. C. For the "nooseDummy" - not 100% of what this does. Just select some random object (close to the rope) I guess. It worked for me. Voila! Done. You have now hanged an npc. Don't blame me if you get a bad conscience.

Well, hello there ! :happy: First of all, thank you for clicking on my topic. As you can see in the title, I'm a new blood in the modding community, experience level : slightly above zero, thanks to some training, testing, and in general... tryin' to put all together some gear pieces in hope to create, well... something that does have a human shape ! So far, I must say it was kind of a succes. My tools are really basic and limited as I slowly learn the process of Creation, and how to make it work : to keep it simple "BodySlide" and "OutfitStudio", as well as "Blender" and "photoshop". But there is many... SO MANY THINGS that I want to explore ; to comprehend, and use : animation, modelling, texturing, materials, the list goes on... And of course, discovering the proper tools to help me in this process. So far, I was able to manage my education all by myself, step by step, focusing on one tool after the other. BTW, I Think it's better to say it now, I'm french : my english skills are better than what they used to be in the past, but... there'll most likely be technical terms that will be above me, even in my own tongue, so... yeah, I might also come back on this page, and question, anyone kind and patient to help me, about those terms. And today, as I reach a limit, I finally decide to open this post in hope to find some help... So here's the deal ! ( by advance, excuse me for the quality of the picture, I was limited in upload weight, so I had to make it as weightless as possible ) : As you can see, this is the tesla coils of the "T60 Power Armor" for the "Automatron DLC", that I sucessfully ported as an asset of Outfit Studio, thanks to the "Bethesda Archive Extractor". It's not easy to see on the picture, but the complete models ( 4 pieces total : for the glass, steel, cables and even the FX ) of the coils are like a solid block : whatever I do , no mater the angle or direction, they will stay put in this position. The thing I'd like to do is to separate the piece in two blocks : the upper one, near the shoulder ; the second one, floating in space, indicated by the red arrow, that I would like to put elsewhere, let's say the legs... Here is the shoulder part of the tesla coils. For this one, the thing that I need to do is to move the coils across the body ( exemple : first on the shoulder, second on the arm, the third near the torso. ), which means I may have to angle them in different ways ; to extend the cables connectnig them... Now, you may have guessed my question : is it technically possible to separate mehses parts like this one into fragments with Outfit Studio ? How ? . . . And in case this is not possible with this tool, which one should I use ? I sincerely hope some of you will be able to help me in my madening quest... I don't have many friends that can help me with this matter, so I could not see many place to ask for help. Maybe Gunetwork too, but, I uh . . . I-I don't understand how this site works. I mean, visually : I don't understand. My brain crash when I see their site. Good guys, kinda helping, talented, but... d*mn, that site !
