I have run into a situation where NPCs are no longer affected by the syringes and spells that I created for my mod. It doesn't seem to matter how large the magnitude of the Magic Effect is. I made it 999 and it still was not powerful enough to affect the NPCs (ordinary settlers, Pack Captives at Nuka World, random raiders, and gunners). My character in the playtest is level 108 so I assume the NPCs are the same. Is there a way to make the syringe and similar Magic Effects work on all NPCs?

Yes i know that a lock joint syringe locks their joints, so it's supposed to (sorta)freeze them. But i think it would be cool to have the same idea but then instead making your victims go limp. This could be done as a standalone syringe or as an override of the lock joint. If it's possible...

If you've got tired of constant syringe animations and necessity to explain every your condition to get it healed, being forced to watch this animation over and over again, then this mod is for you! After you install it, any doctor, would it be a doc in a settlement or an NPC, would heal all of your conditions in a bunch with just one click and without any animations and fadeins-fadeouts. Well it's pretty simple, it seems if someone can figure out how to make the different menus, Crafting, Skills, Rucksack, all come up straight with one key click, not to mention them even be listed in the "customize controls" section, it seems there should be a way to make a hotkey mod for other game abilities. Such as one for every syringe, as well as different arrows. You have the two hotkeys like that in the whole game that you can choose to be any key you want, it just seems like there should be SOME way to add more of those "use item" hotkeys considering the menu thing can be done and considering there are already 2 of them in the game.
