Hello, I recently switched from NMM to vortex, and I have one problem which is preventing Skyrim from starting. I learned about the new userlist rule thing which replaced the load order, and with one of my plugins, I made a mistake in that I originally thought that "load before" did what "load after" actually does. I have confirmed that the problem is with the plugin in question because when I disable all of the mods which it loads after, the game starts up without a hitch. Is there any way to delete the userlist rules from a plugin, and if not, how would I transfer my mods back to NMM? Thanks for the help.

I am using the latest version of Vortex (Just re-installed it in an effort to solve this issue) on Windows 10, with a custom install location. I currently only use Vortex to manage Fallout 4 mods, but do not currently have any mods installed because I just uninstalled all of them to start with a fresh slate. I'm getting 3 interrelated errors that I don't know how to resolve. I have two "Failed to load master-/userlist" popups, both citing armorkeywords.esm as the problem. When I click "More details" I get this: Error: More than one entry exists for "armorkeywords.esm" at c.handleResponse (D:\Games\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\resources\app.asar.unpacked\bundledPlugins\gamebryo-plugin-management\index.js:45:83721) at Socket.e.on.e (D:\Games\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\resources\app.asar.unpacked\bundledPlugins\gamebryo-plugin-management\index.js:45:82567) at emitOne (events.js:116:13) at Socket.emit (events.js:211:7) at addChunk (_stream_readable.js:263:12) at readableAddChunk (_stream_readable.js:250:11) at Socket.Readable.push (_stream_readable.js:208:10) at Pipe.onread (net.js:594:20) There is also an orange pop up that says "Duplicate Entries" and asks me to purge the duplicate entries in a file called "userlist.yaml" I followed the directory it gave and found the file, and successfully opened it with Notepad, but I am hesitant to make any changes to it without knowing for sure what I am doing. As I said earlier, I just reinstalled Vortex entirely hoping it would make these errors go away so I could get on with my fresh mod installation, but it did not resolve this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

as the title says this is my first time , after syncing everything , i got various notifications aand some had easy fix buttons i choose the custom install directory installed while downloading and installed the mod manager in a driver other than C upon firing and recognizing fallout 4 , i started to fix the notifications one by one 1: downloaded extended scripts mod which was recommended 2: made the download and mods store folder on the same drive as the vortex install drive. 3: applied all available fixes in the notifications then i was left with 3 notifications that say failed to update masterlist failed to load master -/userlist failed to load master -/userlist yeah getting the last two as duplicate notifications i tried surfing the web and found none of the stuff is relatable in my case. one solution was to go to appdata\roaming\votex and delete the userlist.yaml and the file in the master list folder , problem is while i deleted the userlist.yaml , there was nothing in the masterlist folder to begin with... i heard vortex was frustrating and inferior to use vs mo2 but went with it due to the fact its user friendly , now i get why its almost never recommended. if someone can be kind enough to help me fix this that would be great, otherwise ill have to dable into mod organizer 2
