Hi guys I hope one of you can help me because I don't want to reinstall windows for just Fallout 4. I had some Vault 88 mods installed including one "straight to the water" and a "build ready" I geuss the combo of those 2 moved a bunch of assets like the teminal and such. this also created voids all over ( the white portals to hell ) So I uninstalled those mods , no fix. I did a clean reinstall (game folder , appdata local folder and documents my games folder ) no fix, I did another clean reinstall on a different drive , no fix. No mods are loaded not even F4SE is installed it's should be 100% vanilla but it isnt. I uninstalled vault tech workshop DLC , and reinstalled it (hoping the vanilla assets would override ) no fix. I am getting pretty close to reinstalling windows because I searched everywhere and can't find a fix. Where can these files be comming from ? seeing as I deleted all 3 folders everytime. I just want to get back to a vanilla state to start working from there. Please help

I like vault 88 its big its fun but it needs something it needs more America! is it big? yes, Make it bigger. is there a lot of areas to build? yes Make more!.does it have many dangers and creatures to clear out? yep....MORE!!! Ladies, Gentlemen, I may be an old fashion fallout4 mod playing fanatic and i want more all the time but i say to you is that not what America is all about too? have a lot a whole heck of a lot more than we need? basically clearing rooms and areas of vault 88 is a lot of fun, I want more of that fun; maybe a death claw nest area, underground garden area, a super mutant base whit a pit of uranium, another underground water deposit, and just some tunnels and large areas, like little camp light. thanks for reading.

So with D D productions leaving mods by the looks of it I have an issue He done a settlement budget mod so you could build like crazy... now it seems i can delete the whole of the vault-tec workshop settlement but it still seems to be half full (could be because of a scrapping mod) but I would like for someone to make it so the budget is infinite if possible?
