I started playing 7 days to die around 3 days ago and I have been looking for ways to increase the number of zombies in my dedicated server(I play with friends sometimes and more zombies makes it more fun to explore and kill things). I have added a "Duriel's Larger Hordes x8", "A21-ServerSideZombiesPLUS", ImprovedHordes" as well as edited my spawning.xml file and yet I've been walking around for quite a while and barely found a zombie to kill. Any thoughts or ideas? How do you guys add more zombies to your server? I am now walking minutes to find 1-2 zombies max. Can the fact that I'm playing solo affect the amount of zombies?

Would really love to see any kind of housing mod, I don't care if its a little log cabin, maybe have a place you can have storage, would really like personally for it to be at the usual first place, Fall's End. New to the game and was so disappointed they didn't do anything for housing other than liberated outposts. Also really want to be able to sit down. As Far as I know you can't do either, but I'm new. Also, Zombies, I saw the other forum about a zombie mod, and feel the exact same as he does, they should of did what RDR1 did and added them to the original map, perhaps someone could do a mod that spawns them from the zombie dlc. Who knows, this is my first time posting in the nexus forums actually. Thanks for your time.
  3. Basically just turns all enemy NPC's into creatures. It won't be lore friendly to fo4 but the Fallout universe I think it would, the story quest wouldn't work but possibly implement a new story quest for a monster hunter or something, it think it would go beautify with the PILGRIM mod.
  4. I recently started playing Rust and it gave me some really good ideas for a Fallout 4 mod. You might think all the best mod ideas have already been done but this really is a killer idea for a mod and I'm fairly sure nothing like it exists. The closest thing to my knowledge is the "DUST Survival Simulator" mod for New Vegas, which was one of the most enjoyable New Vegas mods in my opinion. In summary, my idea is this: remove all quests and NPC's except raiders and mutants/ghouls, then reframe it as a zombie apocalypse type thing, and add Rust-like components, such as building damage and door locks. You'd have to protect your base against zombie hordes and groups of raiders, so the raiders would finally be living up to their title, they would come and try to raid your base like players in Rust. The main focus of the mod would be survival and home-defense, for the true experience it'd have to be played in survival mode so hunger and thirst were important. So just like in Rust, you'd have to build a secure base to prevent enemies from breaking in and stealing your loot. You would be able to craft primitive weapons like the pipe gun, but first schematics would need to be found before they could be crafted. Schematics would also be required to unlock better building components with higher damage resistance. The mod could also utilize the full power of the Fallout 4 building system to create elaborate raider bases ranging in their size and defenses. The mod would add a bunch of new raider bases around the map and also add many more spawn areas for ghouls and mutant creatures so that it really feels like a zombie apocalypse. The hardest part will probably be scripting the raiding behavior but I don't see any clear reason it wouldn't be possible. Another potential idea is to assign the raiders different gang signs, so that if they raid your base while you're not there, they will spray paint their gang sign on the wall or something like that, so you can hunt them down and get back any stuff they may have stolen in the raid. That will be fairly difficult to do though so it should be one of the last features added to the mod, if at all. Another feature that might work well is a respawn system which would replace the reload system. When you die the character would respawn at some location you choose, similar to the sleeping bag system in Rust. That way you would lose your stuff when you die unless you travel back to your previous body before it decays. One nice thing about this mod idea is that many of the components required already exist. For example, the locking system can use the Locksmith mod as a way to lock doors and even containers. The crafting system can use the Crafting Workbenches mod as a foundation, it just needs a schematic system to block some items until the appropriate schematic is found. The schematics could be found throughout the world in containers and on enemies. Well that about sums it up. I'm sure most of you will agree a mod like this would be pretty epic and fun to play. I don't really have time right now to work on any mods but I will try to create this mod at some point in the future if no one else does it first. I didn't put this in the mod request forum because I'm not really asking anyone to make it, I just wanted to share this idea because it'll probably be a long time before I can work on it.

And I really do like it a lot however I noticed that the zombies in this particular mod don't use the same lovers lab animations when ever they manage to defeat mine or other characters in the game. The most I get is a frozen frame of my character that twitches around and moans (can be rather funny). My question being is there actually a way to combine both the zombie sex animations with the zombies used in this mod? Before we get into all the details, I've already tried to download both mods manually and pick and place their files where I figured they would go....didn't accomplish much or maybe I put the wrong files in the wrong place. I don't know. I'm not a master modder, but I'm good enough that I rarely ever have to ask for help but in this case Its beyond my own understanding. Lovers with Creatures Lovers with PK LoversMotionNT LoversRapersS Are the main sex mods i'm using. Once again, in case i'm not being 100% clear. All of these mods work 100% fine on their own. My objective is trying to combine the lovers animations to the zombies added by this mod. Thats it.
  6. Somebody's gotta make a zombie apocalypse mod, which turns every creature into various types of feral ghouls.
  7. Ok this might not seem so interesting so far but here it goes. I've been thinking about a zombie apocalypse mod for new Vegas many have of course and here's mine. We could use a separate world mass (I suggest the Los Angeles one) maybe we could have some dust-like stuff (ONLY IN THE WASTES NOT CIVILIZATION) survivors stragglers and etc (zombies of course). We could also put factions for the player to join maybe make super mutants into huge roid guys and have their own berserker faction maybe player joinable, we could have a goverment faction of course, maybe possibility for player faction, "the awakened" which are kinda like the children of atom except the worship the dead as the coming of the new world and we should just accept our fates, and etc. The player could be the only survivor of their little caravan going to Los Angeles for maybe hope that the government has more control then their original town, before zombies took them out (could be foul play involved from a Benny-type character). The player then wakes up and is able to get a machete and a gun also they are equipped with starter armor they encounter enemy scavengers they kill all but one (set essential for the story) who tells them about the factions and then the player either spares them (tutorial on whatever maybe companion) it can kill them. They then either are lead or loot the map leading to the scavenger's hideout where it's officially the players. The player then decides what to do the scavengers of course have points on their map (lootable of course from the shack) to the directions of the major factions the player could join or destroy these factions. There will be quests and we can make the map dense since it'll be small or we could do something like pandemic. Their could be little villages or buildings containing smaller factions with problems quests and the like.The goal of the mod is to join a faction (or make if we could do that kinda like the wild card ending) that will conquer the others and restore order (or maybe just take over for the control over the whole place and do whatever you want with it), push out the zombie threat and cure the virus (or turn everyone into zombies if you pick the awakened ending or just use the cure for your selves to keep control of the people). Sorry I ranted on but it was just on my mind and I'd like help but if not I could try and do it myself though it'll take a while and won't be so good. EDIT If there is by any chance someone else making a zombie mod I'd love to help to release it unto the nexus.

Perk a Colas Like Juggernog, Speed Cola, Double Tap, PHD Flopper , Stamin Up and etc, 9. Waves of Zombies 10. Custom Armors to make you look like the characters from COD Zombies 11. Teddy Bear for Box 12. Demonic Announcer determined by the map 13. Power Ups Like Insta Kill 14. Clear Debris and Open Doors for points 15. start of round music 16. Melee weapons like galvaknuckles 17. Strong Zombies like George Romero 18. Perk Jingles 19. Zombies Scream Effects More Ideas to Come

  10. Good day, I am wondering if someone can assist me in making a mod that lets makes all transformations use shout, and keep thralls that were summoned before transformation? I would appreciate this, I don't understand why bi am a vampire lords and can't control my zombie thralls while regular vampires can, or why a werewolf's thrall has to die upon transformation>

  12. So I was playing Blacks Ops Zombies on the Origins map, and I though, "How cool would it be to have these staffs in Skyrim?" So that is my Request. Make the Zombies Origins Elemental Staffs in Skyrim! A few Ideas: The Fire Staff would shoot a fire ball (three in three directions if possible) The Air Staff would use a version of the Fus Ro Dah Shout The Thunder Staff would use a lighting spell (I can't think of a spell by name) The Ice staff would use a version of the Ice shout These are of course just some ideas I had

First, you might be wondering, why would I word the title so rough? Well I'll tell you! Because zombie theme is rich (yeah yeah it's overused don't tell us about it, we heard it a million times) and cool. But the only zombie mods for new vegas are: Boring. Really. Disrupt life in the wasteland, turning Fallout into some cheap left 4 dead clone where you are constantly stormed with thousands of zombies until you die. Don't make sense. What I propose is a zombie mod that doesn't break any storylines, makes sense, is fun and adds a survival element without making the game irritating. You still with me? Alright, then to show how this can be achieved I will list the main aspects and expand them later. Main features: Zombies.Dynamic infestation.No s#*!, right? If you are thinking that every zombie mod idea has it, then keep on reading so I can have the pleasure of surprising you. Zombies Zombies should spawn in the wastes and never ever spawn in settlements and any populated locations or even close to them. That is to not kill any important characters or bug anything. Zombies should have weak perception. The existing zombie apocalypse mod zombies can spot you from a mile away and follow you until you kill them. What's the point? Zombies should be nearly blind, but easily attracted by noise. That to encorage sneaking and use of melee weapons. Think this way: you can sneak past a zombie and hide from them, but firing shots will keep attracking more. Zombies should not spawn endlessly. It should be possible to kill all zombies in the area and get out of there (unlike in the existing zombie mods, where zombies spawn right infront of you until you die). Zombies should drop random loot, from trash to ammo. Zombies should wear underwear only. Wait, did you really believe it was a serious suggestion? Just kidding. Zombies should be both running and walking. Zombies should have a chance to infect non-important (yes it's required to put this in bold, italic and underline it because jesus christ, who would want any important characters to get killed this way?) characters. That means that only generic actors, like "Novac settler" or "Mercenary" can be infected. Zombies should not be overpowered. A 1 level character should be able to deal with a few zombies. Zombies should sometimes emit groans if they spot enemies. The groans should make nearby zombies to move to the groaner's position. In the book World War Z it was called "Chained attack". Zombies should sometimes appear as hoardes as a kind of a random event. Dynamic infestation Here it gets interesting, boy. The Dynamic part is the one that should make the mod feel like something more then just adding a new type of enemy. This part might be ignored by any modder that decides to make this mod if he feels like it as it might increase the developement time drastically. Now let me explain my idea. First and main thing: dymanic infestation levels. You could divide a map into a few zones of infestation. Each zone should provide procedural simple quests for reducing infestation levels (quests might be provided by the nearby towns folk). For example it could be a quest to clear a location of zombies, save a person (a generic wasteland settler trapped by zombies) or escort a supply caravan. If the player doesn't reduce levels of infestation then the amount of zombies spawning and perhaps their strength increase over time. Quests should provide other rewards too. Information about infestation levels could be aqquired in town bars or shops (think Death Couier from Oblivions zombie mod). Second thing: adding roaming refugees, looters and traders. This one is obvious, it should just make things a little more livable. Third thing: perhaps add a quest line with a way to uncover what's behind the infestation and, if desired, get rid of it. Conclusion I would love if someone made a mod like this as I think that it would really add to the experience. Sadly I am not a modder myself or I would make it happen. Hope you, yes you, reading this text, are a gifted modder that will make this come true and become my life hero. My mumbo-jumbo is over, thanks for reading folk.
  14. I think a really cool mod would be one that either removed all enemies except feral ghouls, or replaced all enemies that aren't already feral ghouls with them. In particular, I think this mod would go well with a mod that makes feral ghouls more dangerous. These mods in concert would make for a fun survival playthrough emphasizing stealth, headshots, and traveling light. I hope someone makes a mod either making the Commonwealth full of feral ghouls, or a mod with a specific area populated by feral ghouls that would be conducive to the playthrough I described.
  15. Greetings! A friend and I have been trying to get more zombies to appear on blood moons and wandering hordes but for some reason they won't appear. All of our XML edits went swimmingly in A15 but now we can't seem to get the A16 XMLs to do what we want. We simply want 5x or more the zombies in wandering hordes and at least 64 per player even on the first horde night. We're both extremely experienced players and were hugely disappointed at the horde numbers come day 7 with only 8 zombies appearing at once even though my dedicated server is set to 32 each (Is that 32 per the whole night or at once?). I get that the game wants to slowly feed you more but we need all out chaos on horde night as it used to be. There's just no challenge when you figure out their AI. We need a Left 4 Dead situation going where there is an actual threat because we are apparently too experienced in dodging them to make this game any sort of challenge. I'd rather my server crash with too many zombies than yawn all night as we easily evade them. Any help is much appreciated!

  17. Hello I believe that the devs missed a major opportunity to make a decent zombie game when they made the living dead zombie or whatever dlc. When I first heard of it I imagined it be based on the main game. Seed would be talking about Armageddon then bam, zombies. Instead they made a ridiculous Halloween fun park. There's a terrible director with terrible idieas. The zombies are fire zombies for some reason. I get it, most people don't like cool zombie movies that make sense. I wanted to suggest a mod for farcry. I don't know if it's even possible. It would be cool if someone made a mod that replaced the flaming call of duty ripoff zombies with dead NPCs who behave like zombies. Then make them spawn in groups like animals on the world map. This wouldn't exactly be lore friendly but iv always thought farcry games would be cool with zombie d dlc. I'm pretty disappointed in the one they finally made. Honestly, game developers don't know how to make zombies cool and interesting. Just look at that newest walking dead trainwreck. Thanks for reading my rant. Hope someone sees things the same as me.
  18. This is really about wanting to have my own Negan follower. But, that would be very selfish of me. So, why not create a group of followers based off The Walking Dead. We can break the groups down to individual groups, with their own page. The Saviors, Woodbury, Alexandria, Hill Top, The Kingdom and The Original TWD people. That way people can had the characters they want. The Saviors (Negan, Dwight, Simon, Eugene): Located in RiftenAlexandria (Rick, Daryl, Carol, Abraham, Michonne, Carl, Rosita,Tera, Father Gabriel, Morgan) : Located in SolitudeThe Kingdom: (Ezekiel, Shiva, Jerry) : Located in WindhelmHill Top (Maggie, Glenn, Jesus, Enid): Located in WhiterunThe Original TWD people (Shane, Andrea, Lori, Hershal, Dale, Beth ): Located in a campsite across the river from Riverwood.Woodbury (the Governor, Mural, Milton, Tyreese, Sasha): Located in Falkreath Like most group follower mods, they don't all have to be hanging out in the same area. They should be located, where it fits the character. Example: I imagine Negan, would be showing Lucille a good time out at the Bunk House, Dwight is keeping low at the Ragged Flagon, Eugene is making arrows by the blacksmith and Simon is over seeing things over at the Bee and Barb. Alexandria group: Good ol' boy Rick and his son dance kid Carl, are helping down at the stables, Michonne and Morgan are practicing in the training yard, Father Gabriel can be found at the temple, Abraham, Rosita and Tera, are grabbing a drink at the Winking Skeever. I personally enjoy finding cos-play followers. Some people just want to see their favorite characters, in their game. There are way, way to many female mods. I hope to see more interesting characters, to help players put together their own interesting experience.
  19. Okay, so, I'm bad at staring things so lets jump in. I wanna make a mod, a mod that overhauls the end game of F04 and add's custom enemies, characters and animations. As well as set scripted events and quests. I basically, at it's most basic form, want to make a mod that starts after the main quest (Or before but it wouldn't fit so well in the story) and jump's you the Sole Survivor forward say 10 years (I mean, just change the date to ten years later or have a notifications saying it and other info). This starts a quest that leads you out of your retirement after whatever main quest ending you choose, to find that the Institute has been destroyed by someone (Maybe, I might keep it because I'm thinking of some cool underground lab missions as I'm writing this) you will find out who as you play, but that is like a little side mission. The idea is, that the institute was destroyed and after that happened life went on as normal for people, but as time went by some scavver's tried their luck in it's ruins, they knocked over a few thing's, turned on some stuff, started some chain of event's that could bring about the end of the commonwealth, and the wasteland's of America we know them, and you as the last best hope for humanity, must find out what is happening and stop it. There will be mystery, pain, blood, guts, war and maybe some characters worth a tear. This will be an overhaul mod that removes or kills a lot of characters for the main game, the aim is to make it an end game dlc like mod for people that have done everything or really, really, reeaaally want Preston to die (Oh and he's gonna). I am a writer, I'm not a modder, but I'd like to be. The story is ready. Now I just need the means to create it. I have used mods for years, I know what I'm doing there. I have a basic understanding of outfit studio and NifSkope. What I need is something to build or edit skeletons, meshes, textures, all that crap. And something to make quests and custom animations. Again... Basically, I haven't a f***ing clue what I am doing. So, if anyone is able to give me some idea's or tool I could use, just the basics or more. Maybe tips or anything really. If anyone want's to help that'd be awesome too. But for now I'm just trying to get an idea, then take inventory, then get to work. Thank's for reading all that. P.s: I have read the tutorial threads and taken them into account, they were helpful but I'm asking for more general information. Hell even suggestions or new idea's.

  21. So Nazi Zombies is a bit of a guilty pleasure for me. But I honestly love it's Wonder Weapons. I think there was a ray gun mod on her awhile ago. Any idea where I can find more wonder weapons?
  22. So I got an idea in my head, but I don't quite know how to employ it in Skyrim. I want to turn Skyrim into a zombie survival game, sort of like DayZ, but with swords, shields, bows and magic instead of guns. I was also thinking of making the land of Skyrim kind of ruined-ish, with some of the city walls broken down, etc. Could this be possible? Or am I suggesting something that would take too long or be just completely impossible?

Greetings, 7 Days To Die is a game that is currently in development, it will have Single player, Co-op and Multiplayer (is planned). I love Zombie games, people may be tired of them but if a game is fun, I can hardly complain. I saw this and noticed that it is like a mix of DayZ and Minecraft, it's definitely interesting and if done correctly it will become a very big game. So I took a gamble and pre ordered it, I figured I'd show you guys it too! An open world, voxel-based, sandbox game blending the best elements of FPS, Survival Horror, RPG and Tower Defence style games. "Seven Days to Die" looks to carve out its own space giving gamers what they really want with a unique combination of combat, crafting, exploration and character growth. It's not just Survival Horror anymore, it's "Survival Horde". It's currently on Pre order for $14.99 but it won't stay that way forever. Skyrim Special Edition Please someone create a "Rick Grimes follower" from the TV Series: "The Walking Dead" I really think this would be a great new follower and I am desperate to see this Mod created.
