Can't put commands into Console?

I've attempted going through the Bepin mods posts, as well as looking through reddit as well as posts here, and have yet to figure out why I can't do devcommands, nor any command in the console. I've tried disabling Bepin logging, and I'm not using V+, but I can't figure out which of my mods is actually stopping me from doing so. Screenshots show all the mods I'm currently running, as well as the error I get when attempting to run any type of command in the console. I have adjust the steam launcher to have -console after it, and even added a couple mods in the hopes that they would help allow me to do so, but so far no luck. Any assistance is greatly appreciated
