[Mod Request]? Restore cut content

I see a number of mods that restore cut content (such as Anderson's Final Conversation Restored) and other mods that do other things such Project Variety (LE3) that adds and changes loads of things to the game but also uses restores some cut content such as the extended Normandy intro and dialogue in the Prologue.

Could someone please create a mod or a mod collection that is just restoring content originally cut by Bioware?

God I really would love if someone would mod in Thane and Jacob's fight and tension they were supposed to have like Jack and Miri, there's also cut fight between grunt and mordin about the cure which I'd love to see returned.

That is exactly what I am talking about!
Don't get me wrong there are some good ones like being able to save both Kaiden and Ashley in LE1.
I am not a modder, but surely it would be more efficient if the cut content stuff were their own mods as opposed to them scattered throughout mods that do a multitude of other things?

So far havent seen many cut content mods for the MEL theres still more for the original ME than any any other not much has been done for two and three, let alone transferred over to MEL
