Looking for a mod

Hi all. Just wanted some help to locate a mod I used to have but can't remember the name.

It basically let you choose a soldier class from your culture after character creation to jump start your game and avoid some of the early game grind. So basically the entire soldier tree from your chosen culture was available to choose from, even the top tier noble troops. Which needless to say gives you huge stats. 

If anyone knows which mod this is, please let me know.
