Mount & Blade II Bannerlord Mod Idea: Capturable and rebuildable Retreat

The Retreat is a really cool looking and strategically placed destroyed fortress taken over by monks, it's in vanilla game and serves a function as alternative ending for your character by becoming a monk and that's it, wasted potential... that's why i've tought why not suggest a mod that allows you to take a hostile action against the retreat, take it over, rebuild it and use it as your own little fortress. I've tried making my own mods for many different games (skyrim, terraria, and others) but they never really worked, or worked so badly that i gave up and that's the reason why im not making it myself, but at least i could share my idea with you and maybe some of you will find it cool enough to spend some time bringing it to life
