Starfield Book Shelving/Library Fix

With the release of the creation tool could someone fix the huge gaps between books when shelving.

Book shelving has always been tough, but the prior update broke the ability to place books side by side on a shelf. 

Now, each book is  one to two books apart when trying to shelve/library books.

Thanks for any attention this gets.
