pet cat in my summer car

so this mod idea is for the player to be able to get a pet cat in the game sorta like the "dingus"mod but its alive but the player has to spawn the cat 

stat changes:

stress is lowered near the cat

fatigue gets a lower rate near the cat(still gonna increase)

and thats it really
