The team's efforts must always be valued so that they continue to grow and contribute to the success of projects.

Em primeiro lugar, deixar o mais claro possível que todos são humanos e possuem dias bons e ruins. Uma equipe funciona com um mix de altos e baixos de todos que a integram. Em segundo ponto, estabelecer de forma objetiva quais são os problemas que trouxeram o barco pra onde ele está. Obviamente a conclusão é o estabelecimento das metas e objetivos que devem ser concluídos pro barco voltar a navegar. Desenvolvedor gosta de resolver problemas, automatizar pra economia de tempo e pagar boletos.

The first thing I do is acknowledge the challenges they’ve encountered. I try to be transparent about what went wrong, while also recognizing their hard work. This helps build trust and reassures them that setbacks are a normal part of the process, not a reflection of their abilities. Next, I refocus the team on the bigger picture. I remind them why we’re doing the project and the impact their contributions will have in the long run. When they can see how their work fits into the larger goal, it often reignites their passion and drive. Finally, I create an environment where we can openly communicate and collaborate on solutions. I encourage everyone to share ideas, knowing that different perspectives can lead to breakthroughs.
