To maintain quality while meeting multiple editing deadlines, focus on efficient time management and clear prioritization. Break tasks into smaller, manageable sections and tackle high-priority edits first. Set specific time limits for each task, while reserving extra time for final reviews to catch any missed details. Use productivity tools like checklists or editing software to streamline repetitive tasks. Taking short breaks helps maintain focus, and having a well-organized approach ensures you can meet deadlines without sacrificing the quality of your work.

You don't get to pick "both quality AND speed". (obviously, I hope) You earn the ability to do both at the same time by practicing. A lot. … but that's what your clients will perceive. You will still always pick one. → you'd be able to write better ↳ … if you slowed down → or you'd be able to write faster ↳ … if you lowered the quality And there's no magical time-management technique that will change that. Note: using AI can help compensate whichever area you spend less time on. I suggest using AI for speed, not quality, of course.
