This is such a good article topic! Wish we had more words. Our first role needs to be awareness and education. The market isn't necessarily just changing, but its growing, becoming more mature slowly. As awareness and knowledge of AI sets increases, it becomes easier to develop comprehensive solutions that solve the problem. Especially with the growth in GenAI, some organizations might think that's the solution they should be aiming for, and it can sometimes be an uphill battle to truly identify their challenges and deliver something that would benefit them. Most of the time, its not GenAI. Awareness & education is the only way we can transition to a mature understanding market that is easier to interact with.
