While conversations over coffee are productive, make sure to jot them down in an email so that all are on the same page 4. Do not defer difficult conversations, yes they are tricky but good to have them 5. Things such as disagree but commit can go a long way in ensuring resolution of disagreements Most critically, respect each others opinions and enjoy the journey!
