Um grande líder que me treinou durantes anos me ensinou a seguinte metodologia. 1 - Entenda o Contexto: Antes de tudo, procure entender o que pode estar motivando o silêncio. 2 - Seja Proativo: Inicie a conversa de forma assertiva. 3 - Utilize Perguntas Abertas: Em vez de perguntas que podem ser respondidas com “sim” ou “não”, incentive a pessoa a compartilhar suas ideias e preocupações. 4 - Demonstre Valor: Mostre como a participação ativa dele pode beneficiar o projeto. 5 - Crie um Ambiente Seguro: onde o stakeholder se sinta confortável para expressar suas opiniões sem medo de críticas. A chave é ser persistente e paciente, ajustando sua abordagem conforme necessário para encontrar a melhor forma de engajar.

I will always start with active listening and creation of trust. Asking open questions to stimulate the open discussion. With open question I will try to find the value for my counterpart and will start to offer insights that align with their interests, showing value without pressuring them to respond. One unique approach is to use indirect communication, such as sharing industry insights or data-driven reports, to spark their interest. Following up with patience while demonstrating your commitment builds trust and may lead to better engagement.
