Meet our freshly promoted Process Development & Industrialization Manager Romain CHAILLOU 📰 English below Quel est ton poste chez AdhexPharma ? Je suis responsable développement procédé et industrialisation chez AdhexPharma. Mon rôle consiste à piloter les activités techniques liées au développement, transfert et industrialisation des procédés des nouveaux produits avant le passage en production commerciale. J’apporte aussi une expertise technique sur les problématiques lors du développement du produit ou sur des produits déjà commercialisés. Quelle est ton étape de fabrication préférée et pourquoi ? Mon étape favorite est celle du Converting/Packaging, car c'est à ce moment que le produit prend sa forme finale. Il peut être constitué de plusieurs couches de matériaux différents, permettant ainsi de créer divers produits à partir des mêmes matières premières. En résumé, le converting consiste principalement à découper, préparer et inspecter les films ou patchs, tandis que le packaging vise à les conditionner individuellement et collectivement pour garantir leur intégrité jusqu'à leur utilisation finale. Ces étapes sont cruciales pour garantir la qualité, l'efficacité et la sécurité des produits. Donne-nous 3 souhaits sur ta bucket list ? I'm in charge of process development and industrialization at AdhexPharma. My role is to manage technical activities linked to the development, transfer and industrialization of new product processes before they go into commercial production. I also provide technical expertise on issues arising during product development or on products already on the market. What is your favorite manufacturing step and why? My favorite stage is Converting/Packaging, because that's when the product takes its final shape. It can be made up of several layers of different materials, enabling different products to be created from the same raw materials. In short, converting mainly involves cutting, preparing and inspecting the films or patches, while packaging aims to package them individually and collectively to guarantee their integrity right up to their final use.
