🚨 Supercell’s Gold Pass Misstep: Community Knows Best 🚨 This September, Supercell removed the Skin from its Clash of Clan’s popular Gold Pass. The impact was immediate: in the first three days, sales (in Germany) dropped by 17% compared to the previous month. The community’s feedback was loud and clear: bring the skins back. Supercell responded quickly on the 4th of September, partially saving the day by reintroducing the skins. ⬇ Sales on the 4th day surged, going from 4% of the first day sales in August to 14% in September. However, an overall 11% loss in the first week of sales teaches a crucial lesson: listen to your audience. Following our last update on #squadbusters 🚀 Data shows that in its first week, only 10% of Squad Busters revenue came from new Supercell customers! 📊 In other words, a staggering 90% came from existing Supercell fans.
