Our participation included insightful roundtable discussions hosted at the #HTL Connection tent, organized by MKG Consulting and Hospitality ON. These discussions featured Sophie Donabedian and Sami Mendil (MRICS), who shared their perspectives on key industry trends and the future of hotel investments. 🔹 Sophie Donabedian, CSO of B&B HOTELS, participated in the "Hybrid Hospitality" panel, where she shared her return on experience on the creation of a new business in the group, B&B HOME, led by Vincent QUANDALLE. From her transition from the industrial sector to hospitality, to the rapid development of B&B HOME, Sophie discussed how the brand adapted in record time to address new customer needs and provide a new hybrid hotel concept that adapts to each location and provides long stay services. 🔹 Sami Mendil (MRICS), Global Head of Real Estate at B&B HOTELS GROUP, joined the "Investment Climate" roundtable. Sami shared his expert analysis on the current European market, examining the impact of interest rates, political and economic shifts, and their influence on hotel investments and asset values. He explored the changing landscape of investment opportunities, product typologies, and pricing and investors’ typology. "Be more than a Home Be a community"  The end of year 2024 was a busy one in our B&B HOME in Saint Ouen! We lived up to our motto and opened our doors to local associations and initiatives. 🤝Campus HelloAsso: a meet-up evening under the patronage of city mayor Karim Bouamrane of Ville de Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine where local NGOs showcased their actions and shared knowledge 🥧 Meet My Mama trainings: we modestly support this incredible initiative by providing our meeting spaces to train mamas from the world. ❤️ Quand la générosité de nos hôteliers déplace des montagnes ! Il y a plus d'un an, un terrible séisme frappait le Maroc. Certains de nos hôteliers ont été particulièrement affectés, perdant des proches et des amis. Passé le choc, une quinzaine d'hôteliers entrepreneurs volontaires de la région IDF-Centre, ont décidé de se mobiliser pour venir en aide aux familles sévèrement touchées. Soutenus par des salariés et B&B HOTELS France, ils ont mis en place une collecte de fonds dédiée via LIFE ONG. 🎯 L'objectif : réunir 85 000 euros pour mettre à disposition des mobil-homes pour les familles les plus démunies d'un village reculé et particulièrement touché, Aghbar. 💡Résultats (à aujourd'hui) : plus de 68 000 euros collectés, 31 habitations provisoires mises en œuvre et des familles qui ont pu rester dans le village auquel ils tiennent tant ! Les équipes se sont rendues sur place pour leur rendre visite et voir la concrétisation du projet. Mais au-delà des résultats concrets et la convivialité de ce temps partagé, tout le monde est revenu bouleversé.  🫶 Bouleversé par l'accueil des familles, leur générosité, mais aussi le sourire des enfants et des moins jeunes... Des moments comme ça comptent. Ils remettent les choses en perspective. L'essentiel au cœur de notre quotidien. Et c'est pour cela que nous devons nous mobiliser encore ! Et atteindre notre objectif de 85 000 euros ! B&B HOTELS Academy has been awarded at the 13th edition of the #CSR Challenges Trophy, an event organized by NEWS RSE - Trophées Défis RSE© in collaboration with the Ministères Territoires Écologie Logement, ADEME, Groupe AFNOR, Bpifrance, B Lab France, and many others. Being honored in the "Social Innovation" category reinforces our dedication to empowering youth from underprivileged backgrounds and regions. Our apprenticeship program, developed with Galileo Global Education France and ESG Tourisme, has expanded with new classes in Paris, Lyon, and Aix-Marseille, welcoming more than 40 youths from diverse backgrounds.
