🌍 International Women's Day: Arval's Journey Towards a More Equitable Future On March 8, we reflect on the progress we have made toward gender equity and acknowledge the challenges that remain. Last December, BNP Paribas Group renewed and enhanced its "Agreement on the Fundamental Rights and Global Social Floor" to address new challenges while strengthening benefits for all employees. 👨👧👧 Balanced Parenting: We foster true gender equity through concrete actions. Our enhanced parental policy includes three types of parental leaves: Paternity, Maternity, and Caregiver leave, to ensure all parents have the support they need to balance their professional and personal lives. 🏠 Fighting Domestic Violence: Our agreement includes urgent actions to support victims of domestic violence. We provide psychological support for victims and have established the 1in3Women network to increase awareness and offer assistance to those affected. 💪 Prioritizing Women's Health: We provide comprehensive measures, including incapacity/disability insurance, comprehensive health insurance, health prevention assessments, and better support for long absences due to health reasons. We make sure women receive the care and support they need to thrive. March 8 serves as a reminder that gender equity is everyone's responsibility. [📢 2024 Annual Results]: Arval Achieves Solid Performance and Very Good Business Growth Despite the gradual normalisation of the used car market after two exceptional years, Arval has demonstrated very good growth and solid performance in 2024, resulting from the good progress in its business and its financial outstandings. These solid results testify to the success of its long-term leasing business model as well as the diversification of its customer bases, the geographical areas in which it operates and its products. Arval's commitment to energy transition is illustrated by a 52.3% increase in Arval's full electric vehicle fleet compared to 2023. Furthermore, its CSR strategy was recognised with the EcoVadis platinum medal, placing Arval among the top 1% of companies assessed. In 2024, Arval signed important partnerships, expanding Arval's fleet, international presence, and offering more personalised support to Arval's customers. TEB ARVAL Araç Filo Kiralama has secured a €50 million sustainable mobility loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). This loan, the first of its kind in the full-service leasing sector in Turkey, will finance over 1,200 battery electric vehicles (BEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV) in TEB Arval’s fleet.
