[NEW PROJECT] Shaping the future of education in Wales!   BOUYGUES UK has been selected to deliver two state-of-the-art educational campuses for Cardiff and Vale College in Wales, United Kingdom. This exciting development will bolster the education offering in the region with cutting-edge facilities and a strong focus on sustainability.   The Barry Waterfront Campus will transform a former brownfield site into a modern educational hub offering up to 900 students a range of courses in fields such as art and design, hair and beauty therapy, and hospitality. At street level, a salon and restaurant will be open to the public to provide students with real-world, hands-on work experience.   The Advanced Technology Centre at Cardiff Airport, designed for almost 2,000 learners, will feature flexible teaching spaces and ultra modern labs equipped with technologies including AI, Virtual Reality, 3D metal printers and autonomous drones.   🌱Both campuses will be Net Zero Carbon in operation, in line with our strong commitments to sustainability.   Construction will begin this year, with both campuses set to open in 2027. [TOPSITE INNOVTION AWARD FOR CULCAIRN SOLAR FARM] ⚡️ Bouygues Bâtiment International is proud to highlight the exceptional work of Bouygues Construction Australia and Equans Solar & Storage in the Culcairn Solar Farm project. This milestone project has been awarded the prestigious Topsite Innovation label, recognizing achievements in health & safety, quality, CSR, and environmental impact, with additional innovation across all categories. At the end of February 2025, Bouygues Construction Australia and Equans Solar & Storage managed the delivery of two transformers to site. Once installed, they will be used to convert the electricity collected from the sunlight and redirect it into the substation and back into the grid. This exciting achievement coincides with 50% of all the photovoltaic (PV) modules being installed on site. Paris-Beauvais Airport Expansion PPP wins the 2024 IJGlobal Award “Airport Deal of the Year, Europe” 🏆 This award recognizes the expertise of Bouygues Construction Airport Concessions in the development of airport modernization projects under a Design, Build, Finance & Operate PPP approach. Bouygues Construction Airport Concessions is an entity of Bouygues Bâtiment International. 🌍 Through a Frenco-German club deal uniting leading European banks, including Société Générale Generale and NORD/LB, this project has reopened post the Covid crisis the European senior debt market on demand risk-based airport concessions with upfront capex obligations.   ✈️ The Paris-Beauvais Airport Expansion PPP is a 30-year concession on the 3rd airport of Paris, hosting a traffic of 6.5 Mpax and Ryanair’s Paris base. It includes the upfront commitment to design, build and finance the complete renovation of the terminal system, while elevating the airport to the highest environmental and carbon reduction standards.   🌱 The capex program, with zero new ground artificialization, and to be certified BREEAM Excellent, will enable the airport to be accredited ACI-ACA 4+ by 2032, consistent with the company’s SBTi-certified trajectory to reduce its carbon emission by 30% by 2035.   🏗️ The Concession company Bellova, supported by its experienced infrastructure investors, including Egis, Serena Industrial Partners and Bouygues Construction Airport Concessions, took over the operations on October 1st, 2024.   🎉 Present at the celebration were: Eric F.
