Winning the final pitch while representing CarbonFarm at the Grow Asia Innovation Challenge Finale 🌱🏆 was one of the most exciting events for me this year. Only those who know me, know how much rice means to me (how can anyone not love rice!)🍚 Being able to stand in front of top industry experts and investors at Grow Asia Innovation Showcase and talk about decarbonising rice was a powerful moment! 🌾 A huge thanks to the Grow Asia team for their dedication and meticulous attention to detail in putting this challenge together. 🌟 We're excited to welcome Emma Joseph-Oudin to the CarbonFarm team as our Product Manager! 🌱 Emma is an agronomy engineer from AgroParisTech with a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris, where she specialised in climate strategies. Previously working as a Product Manager for the implementation of agroforestry projects at PUR, Emma brings a wealth of expertise in data collection and monitoring for carbon projects. 🛰️ 🌾 Emma will guide our team in developing innovative products that align with CarbonFarm’s objectives and meet customer needs. She brings profound knowledge of the voluntary carbon market (VCM) and the dynamics of carbon credit supply and demand. Apsara’s versatility in multi-stakeholder environments enhances our team’s capability to navigate and innovate in the evolving VCM landscape. 🌟Apsara possesses a great understanding of both European and Asian carbon markets, complemented by a background in sustainability consulting and greenhouse gas (GHG) measuring and reduction. She holds a dual degree from Sciences Po Paris and the London School of Economics in Urban Policy & Local Economic Development. 🌱 Previously, Apsara supported carbon project development and carbon credit sales at South Pole.
