📢 We are pleased to announce the arrival of Assia Khoudir as our new Account Manager. ⚡ Find out more about Assia's career: 👉🏻 Her professional journey began at a military school in Algeria, where she worked as a Russian, Arabic, and French interpreter/translator. She assisted the professors in their courses, facilitating communication and understanding among the officers in training. 👉🏻 She spent 6 years in telemarketing for various companies, including one year with the Spanish insurer CESCE, where she improved her communication and customer engagement skills. This experience deepened her understanding of client needs and the insurance market. 👉🏻 For the past 16 years, she has been with the Belgian insurer Credendo, where she held the position of Sales and Account Manager. In this role, she managed a portfolio of  about fifty policies with different insureds in different sectors of activity. Her experience has allowed her to build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs. With her background and dedication, we are confident she will be a fantastic addition to the team of Anne Smadja. In Q3 2024, insolvencies were up 20% to a record high, but Altares Dun & Bradstreet's report highlights a deceleration in business insolvencies in France, with 66,000 defaults over 12 months (with just over 64,000 payment defaults). ⚠️ Key insights include: ➡️ SMEs with over 50 employees saw a 47% increase in proceedings. 📊 ➡️ B2B sectors, especially transport and wholesale, are struggling. 🚚📦 ➡️ Social and medical sectors show 31% of companies facing difficulties. 🏥 ➡️ Some B2C activities are recovering, such as perfumes (down 12%) and optics (down 9%). 💄👓  ➡️ The retail sector outperforms the national average. 🛍️ ➡️ Industry is also performing well. 🏭 ➡️ Due to the finishing work, which is below the overall average of 20% and stands at +16%, the construction sector is suffering but not collapsing. 🏗️ ➡️ Bretagne, Normandie, and Île-de-France are the poor performers this quarter. 📉  📩 Download the full study (in French) 🔗: https://lnkd.in/ep34hF4m  #business #insolvencies #France #Transport #retail #Industry #failures #CartanTrade

La société française Caddie SAS, connue pour ses chariots de supermarché 🛒, a été placée en redressement judiciaire en mai 2024. C’était déjà la 4e fois depuis 2012 que l’entreprise se retrouvait dans une telle situation. 2 offres ont été déposées avec poursuite d'activité par :  - le GROUPE COCHEZ, actuel propriétaire, basé à Valenciennes (Nord),  - la société SKADE MANAGEMENT de Stéphane DEDIEU, ancien propriétaire de Caddie. La liquidation de l’entreprise de chariots métalliques a finalement été prononcée le 16 juillet 2024 par le Tribunal de Saverne (Bas-Rhin). Rappelons que le terme « Caddie » est une marque déposée par la société « Les Ateliers Réunis Caddie SAS » depuis 1957. S’il est devenu un nom générique pour désigner les chariots de supermarché, il reste la propriété intellectuelle de cette entreprise.
