    🚫 The Limitations of Wearable Anti-Drone Jamming Systems 🚫 Wearable anti-drone jamming systems are often presented as an effective solution to protect each soldier from drones. However, it is crucial to consider their operational limitations before mass deployment: 🐘 Weight & Mobility: These devices are often heavy and cumbersome, making mobility on the battlefield particularly challenging. The additional weight can slow the soldier down and reduce their operational effectiveness. 🔋 Limited Battery Life: The battery life of these systems is often limited, as jamming requires a lot of energy, which can compromise their utility in prolonged missions. Once the battery is depleted, the soldier is left with an inoperative jammer on their back. 👷♂️ Tactical Overload: Wearing and using an anti-drone jamming system requires constant attention, preventing the soldier from performing other critical tasks on the field. This can reduce their ability to respond quickly to other threats. 🎯 Increased Detectability: The active use of these systems makes the soldier easily detectable by the enemy, especially when static. This drastically increases mission risks, making the carrier and their unit a priority target. ⚠️ Health Issues: The powerful RF emissions of these systems can be hazardous, exposing their users to potential long-term risks.     🔴 Increase in Drone Overflights 🔴 Security challenges related to drones have evolved significantly over the past few years, with a notable increase in incidents and growing security concerns.🛡️ 📈 Here are some statistics and recent trends to illustrate this evolution: 🔺2018: London Gatwick Airport was closed for 36 hours due to the presence of drones, affecting approximately 140,000 passengers and over 1,000 flights. 🔺2019: - The EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency reported a 40% increase in drone-related incidents in European airspace. - Over 1200 drone incidents were reported to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the United States. - The U.S. Department of Homeland Security reported over 150 incidents where drones were used for potentially dangerous activities near large public events and demonstrations. 🔺2017-2020: Complaints regarding privacy breaches related to drone use increased by 50% in the United States, according to the ACLU. 🔺2020: More than 50 drone incidents were reported in European airports, causing significant disruptions and delays. 🔺2021: - An Europol report noted a 30% increase in the use of drones for criminal activities, including drug trafficking and illegal surveillance. - The use of drones for terrorist attacks was documented on several occasions in the Middle East, demonstrating their capability to cause significant damage. 🔺2022: The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reported over 300 incidents where drones were used for malicious activities, including attacks on critical infrastructure. 🔺2024: The terrorist group ISIS circulated documents explaining drone technology and how to use it for malicious purposes. Recently, we conducted rigorous tests in an anechoic chamber to validate the performance of our technology and meet stringent customer and certification standards. 📊 Performance Tests In an environment devoid of electromagnetic disturbances, we can accurately gauge the performance of our systems without any radiofrequency interference. Instead of flying drones in the chamber, we simulate the presence of a drone by emitting a "pure" signal from various angles relative to our sensor. The goal is for the sensor to detect this signal and precisely locate the "fake drone." 🛡️ Certification Tests ✅ Radiated Emissions: Our sensors must meet strict standards to ensure they do not produce significant electromagnetic "noise". Instruments measure the emitted field from our sensor, which must stay below a set threshold. Despite our sensors emitting nothing inherently, internal components such as circuit boards and cables can cause minor disturbances. Passing these stringent thresholds is a challenging feat, but we are committed to achieving it.🦾 ✅ Radiated Susceptibility: Here, we expose our sensor to a relatively high electromagnetic field to ensure it continues to function correctly afterwards. Our H300 tile is positioned on the rotating ring of the turret to enable early 360° detection of drones, allowing for timely engagement of the threat by the grenade launcher with airburst capabilities.
