Relatedly, a staggering 76% of respondents reported that their salary increases are not connected to specific achievements. Registrars and art operations managers are voicing their concerns about stagnant growth and unclear career pathways. Furthermore, Asian, Black, Caribbean, African, and Hispanic/Latino professionals hold just 10% of leadership positions, in contrast to 81.7% held by White professionals. Cultural Shifts: Women, especially those aged 25-34, are increasingly pursuing roles that offer fair compensation and advancement opportunities. While these trends are encouraging, they are based on a focused dataset within a specific niche. Traditional pay gaps still persist, with global statistics showing women earning around 20% less than men.
