One thing’s for sure: kids ask the best questions! Something I experienced personally at this year’s Paris International Agricultural Show. It was great to team up with Youtuber #Inoxtag to answer school children’s questions at the Danone stand. We talked all things dairy, from fermentation, to cows’ milk yields, and farmers’ daily lives – a great opportunity to raise awareness and interest in this essential profession, among younger generations! A huge thank you to the kids and Inoxtag!

The Paris International Agricultural Show is a fantastic place to be. One where Danone has been showing up for 30+ years, to meet with the women and men driving our business: our agricultural partners, as well as other relevant dairy stakeholders.   I hosted two roundtables at Danone’s stand on critical topics affecting women’s health: aging and parenthood in the agricultural milieu. Danone offers solutions in both areas through its Specialized Nutrition portfolio. Our early life and medical nutrition products can offer the right nutrition at the right time to parents and their babies, as well as the elderly.   Health should and must be accessible to all, and that includes our partner farmers. #SIA2025 #RenewDanone

This International Women’s Day serves as a powerful reminder of the need to accelerate action for ALL women and girls. At Danone, we are committed to ensuring everyone has access to equal opportunities and can thrive. It’s part of our culture and values and deeply ingrained in our DNA.    Gender progress benefits society and companies alike. But from my own experience, I know that barriers persist. We need allies and vocal leaders to overcome them. My advice to support women in achieving their own success: know your strengths, believe in yourself, and embrace your value. Identify your “Shine”: the unique qualities that define you. Too often, women face self-doubt in spaces that overlook their potential.   Let’s change the narrative, celebrate our achievements, and commit to a more inclusive world. By lifting each other up and challenging biases, we can drive real progress. #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2025

Accuracy Business Cup National finals are over! Loved every minute from the last 5 weeks where 711 teams competed in the national rounds of the #AccuracyBusinessCup, proposing the most innovative solutions to Danone's Senior Leaders. The quality of the presentations was truly inspiring, and it was wonderful to connect with so many bright minds globally. A heartfelt thank you to Accuracy for hosting, our Danone leaders for being part of the jury, and most importantly, the students for their enthusiasm and exceptional presentations. Let's continue to inspire and connect.
