Le chantier est heureux d'être précurseur dans l'inclusion sur son secteur d'activité. 👇
"Depuis une quinzaine, six personnes handicapées travaillant dans un établissement d’accompagnement Esat sont intégrées dans l’atelier de menuiserie du chantier nautique Dufour Yachts à Périgny. Une démarche d’inclusion originale" Au sein de Dufour YACHTS l'inclusion se décline par des actes concrets. En partenariat avec Unapei 17 depuis fin novembre se concrétise le projet d'un ESAT au sein de la menuiserie de notre entreprise, une première sous cette forme dans ce secteur d'activité. La réussite de ce projet, est avant tout lié à accueil et l'implication des salariés de DUFOUR YACHTS.
