On the occasion of the national training of its network for the new electric EX90 model, which begins this week, Volvo has chosen to charge its fleet daily at an Electra station located in The Atrium by Penta - Roissy. 🔎 La mobilité décarbonée a le vent en poupe. Cette année, le classement LinkedIn Top Startups distingue trois entreprises qui œuvrent pour un transport plus durable, sur un total de 20 lauréats. 👉 Il s’agit de Verkor, qui fabrique des batteries bas carbone pour l'automobile, Electra avec ses bornes de recharge rapide pour véhicules électriques, et Beyond Aero, qui conçoit un avion électrique à propulsion hydrogène. 👉 Pourquoi les jeunes pousses de la mobilité sont-elles surreprésentées? LinkedIn Actualités a interrogé Guénolé Boillot, journaliste innovation chez Actu-Environnement. ❓Comment expliquer cette surreprésentation? 🎤 Les transports restent le secteur le plus émissif de carbone. Cette situation pousse l’Europe et la France à miser sur l’électrification des véhicules, solution la plus mature pour décarboner le secteur. Cette politique encourage l’innovation et la massification de l’usage de l’électrique, ce qui bénéficie aux entreprises. Il faut construire les véhicules et leurs composants, de préférence en France comme veut le faire Verkor avec ses batteries. Il faut installer des bornes de recharge. La France n'arrive qu'en dixième position parmi les pays les mieux équipés, avec 4,1 bornes pour 100 km. Le potentiel est donc énorme. Pour l’aérien les enjeux sont aussi conséquents, car les alternatives doivent faire leur preuve. La recherche s’active tous azimuts. ❓ A quoi peut-on s’attendre pour le développement de la filière? 🎤 On peut espérer une relocalisation de l’industrie de la batterie en Europe. Le passage à l’échelle industrielle de Verkor est un signal positif en ce sens. Le développement des bornes de recharge ultra-rapides, marché dont s’est emparé Electra, doit favoriser l’usage du véhicule électrique. C’est essentiel pour accompagner les stratégies d’électrification des constructeurs. Enfin, le développement de l’hydrogène dans la mobilité aérienne pourrait pallier les incertitudes entourant la production des carburants d’aviation dits durables. Mais il faudra que cet usage se couple avec celui des réseaux de distribution d’hydrogène, afin de faciliter la logistique. ❓Quels sont les métiers qui recrutent dans cette filière? 🎤 L’électrification de la mobilité pourrait générer en Europe environ 800.000 emplois dans les méga-usines de fabrication des composants, chez les constructeurs auto, les gestionnaires des infrastructures électriques et de transport. Il faudra des ingénieurs, techniciens et opérateurs pour assurer les process de production dans les usines. Chez les constructeurs, de nouveaux métiers émergent comme celui de technicien de maintenance de batteries. En outre, il il s'agit aussi de savoir vendre et conseiller les futurs utilisateurs de ces véhicules.
