👉 FAUCHÉ triples its revenue in Île-de-France with the acquisition of Groupe SYLPA This acquisition marks a major milestone in the development of Fauché. With the strategic acquisition of Groupe Sylpa, a key player in electrical engineering in Île-de-France, Fauché has tripled its revenue in the region, reaching €110 million, and strengthened its workforce, now totaling 440 employees across 10 agencies and 3 work centers. This acquisition, the 7th completed by Fauché in the past 12 months, is part of its dynamic growth strategy. It enables the group to expand its expertise into new areas such as public lighting networks and urban video surveillance, while reinforcing its presence in Île-de-France. 👉EMZ becomes a partner of the Investir pour l'Enfance (Invest for Childhood) fund EMZ is delighted to become a partner of the Investir pour l'Enfance (Invest for Childhood) fund, an innovative and unprecedented initiative that puts Private Equity mechanisms at the service of philanthropy and the common good. By inviting Investir pour l'Enfance as a co-investor in the LABELYS GROUP and Vulcain Engineering Group operations, EMZ contributes to the funding of two associations dedicated to children. Indeed, 50% of the capital gains from the Investir pour l'Enfance fund will be donated to Institut Imagine, Europe's leading center for research, care, and education on genetic diseases, and to Espérance banlieues, a network of independent schools located in priority urban areas fighting against school dropout. Thus, the return on these investments will have a direct impact on the two beneficiaries, improving children's lives.
