Last week’s MIPIM 2025 was a success, and we want to thank everyone who joined us at the FIABCI Pavilion and Gala Dinner. Your presence and engagement made this edition truly special. ✨ Key highlights of FIABCI at MIPIM 2025: ✅ 115+ FIABCI members from 30+ countries joined us, benefiting from exclusive access and networking opportunities. ✅ Our conference sessions featured 20+ expert speakers discussing “Building Future-Ready Cities and Communities.” We extend our appreciation to our Strategic Partner, Harley&Dikkinson, our Advertising Partner, Foxworth Realty, and Past World President Julian Josephs, who hosted the traditional Global Investment Session. Thanks also to our Conference Partners: IL PUNTO Real Estate Advisor / CORFAC International, LexCC, FIABCI-Central Asia, FIABCI-Deutschland/GIBE real estate GmbH, and FIABCI-Ukraine. ✅ We strengthened key partnerships, including bilateral meetings with UN-Habitat (United Nations Human Settlements Programme) and a new collaboration with RICS to drive sustainable urban development. ✅ The FIABCI Gala Dinner at the Majestic Hotel was a sold-out event, bringing together global delegates for an evening of fine dining, music, and networking. A special thank you to COFECI CRECI and its President, João Teodoro da Silva, whose delegation was the largest at this event. We also appreciate the strong presence of our chapters from Belgium, France, Indonesia, Nigeria, and the USA, among others. ✅ The FIABCI Board of Directors Meeting laid the groundwork for exciting new initiatives, including enhanced opportunities for Associate Membership. It was a pleasure to meet Anacláudia Rossbach, Executive Director of UN-Habitat (United Nations Human Settlements Programme), our long-time Global Partner, during last week's bilateral meeting at MIPIM. On Friday, March 7, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford hosted a certificate ceremony for the laureates of the Oxford Future of Real Estate Program, Module 1 of the FIABCI Certified Global Real Estate Professional (FCP) Designation. Beyond celebrating the achievements of participants who successfully completed the first module, this prestigious event featured a thought-provoking panel discussion on the impact of AI, machine learning, and data science on the global real estate industry.
