A la rentrée, on ne perd pas les bonnes habitudes 👋 Alors on (re)donne la bienvenue à 4 jeunes talents qui ont prolongé leur contrat chez Fittingbox suite à leur stage ! 👉 Célia et Zoé ont décroché une alternance pour leur dernière année d’études. Célia avait rejoint notre team en mars 2024 pour un stage d’Intelligence Business Assistant. Elle prolonge donc sa présence au sein du département Sales jusqu’à la fin de son année scolaire ! 📊 Il en va de même pour Zoé qui reste dans l’équipe Marketing pour mener à bien son alternance de Graphic & Motion Designer pour encore quelques mois 🎬 👉 Quant à Mohamed et Mohammed, ils ont décroché leur premier CDI à l’issue de leurs études Mohamed était arrivé la première fois chez FIttingbox en mars dernier pour un stage de Computer Graphics. Depuis quelques jours, il a signé son CDI d’ingénieur R&D et il prolonge avec plaisir son aventure 👨💻 Enfin, Mohammed, qui était initialement stagiaire au pôle Innovation, vient de décrocher aussi son CDI en tant que Chef de Projet Junior au sein de cette même équipe 💡 On est super heureux de voir ces jeunes talents se développer, grandir et se donner à fond pour mener à bien tous les projets innovants qui caractérisent cette nouvelle rentrée ! 🌞 #Fittingbox #Collaborateurs #QVCT #CDI #Alternance #Stage

C’est pourquoi, à l’occasion de la semaine de la mobilité européenne la semaine passée, nous avons décidé de mettre en place notre Semaine de la Mobilité, 100% made in Fittingbox 🤗 Chaque jour, nous avons informé nos collaborateurs sur les différentes facettes de la mobilité. Cette volonté prend tout son sens lorsqu’on sait que la plupart de nos effectifs travaillent à distance, depuis les 4 coins de la France – voir du monde 👇 🗺 Présenter notre plan de mobilité ainsi qu’une carte interactive montrant toutes les possibilités de covoiturage, ça aidera certainement nos collaborateurs à se déplacer différemment et ensemble 🚌 Quels sont les moyens de transports les plus utilisés par nos collaborateurs afin de se rendre au bureau ? Nous allons découvrir les statistiques 📚 Et pourquoi pas soumettre un nouveau projet dans le cadre de la semaine européenne de la mobilité ? 🤝 Etant donné que plusieurs dizaines de nos collaborateurs travaillent en 100% télétravail, un petit rappel de notre politique de voyage ne fera pas de mal 🤩 Enfin, nous ne perdons pas nos bonnes habitudes : nous avons réussir à négocier des bons plans déplacement pour nos collaborateurs ! La Semaine de la Mobilité est la 3ème semaine à thème que nous organisons chaque année - après la Semaine de la Diversité et celle de la Santé. Il nous tient à cœur de réunir tout le monde autour de sujets qui font partie de notre culture d’entreprise et de nos valeurs...
