💡 Team Engagement & Community Impact at Zulu Nyala in South Africa 🇿🇦 Fives Services Mzansi recently hosted its annual team-building event at the stunning Zulu Nyala in the heart of Zululand. This two-day experience was designed to strengthen team collaboration, enhance problem-solving skills, and give back to the local community. 🔹 Day 1: Teamwork in Action The event kicked off with an anthem challenge, where teams collaborated creatively to perform their unique anthems, setting the tone for an engaging and spirited day. As the sun set, the experience took an exciting turn with a crisis management simulation. After an unforgettable game drive and sundowners, participants had to refer to company crisis procedures and apply strategic problem-solving skills to respond to a series of simulated emergencies. This high-pressure exercise not only tested decision-making abilities but also emphasized the importance of teamwork in critical situations.   🔹 Day 2: Giving Back to the Community Our team came together for a meaningful social responsibility initiative, assembling wheelchairs and bicycles for donation to Zisize Educational Trust. This hands-on effort was more than just a CSR activity, it reflected Fives Services Mzansi’s commitment to creating a lasting impact. Jeudi 13 mars, plusieurs collaborateurs de Fives ECL ont été mis à l’honneur lors d’une cérémonie de remise des Médailles du Travail à la Brasserie Fives Cail, un lieu chargé d’histoire pour le groupe Fives. En effet, ce site emblématique est un hommage au passé industriel de Fives, dont l’histoire remonte à la Compagnie de Fives-Lille, acteur majeur de la révolution industrielle. Célébrer cette cérémonie dans cet endroit symbolique était une belle manière de relier le passé et le présent, en honorant celles et ceux qui contribuent, année après année, au développement de l’entreprise 💪 Cette soirée fut l’occasion de célébrer les 20, 30 et jusqu'à 40 années de travail de collaborateurs de Fives ECL, avec la remise des médailles d’Argent, de Vermeille et Grand Or. Un moment de convivialité et de reconnaissance, marqué par les discours de leurs managers et les attentions chaleureuses des collègues. Félicitations à tous les médaillés ! Visite de l'Usine d'Aluminium Dunkerque 📸 Le 25 février, plusieurs collaborateurs de Fives ECL ont eu l'opportunité de visiter l’usine d’Aluminium Dunkerque ou 300 000 tonnes d’aluminium sont produites tous les ans ! Une immersion enrichissante au cœur de l’industrie, favorisant les échanges et la découverte de l’ensemble du procédé de fabrication de l’aluminium primaire 🤝 De l’électrolyse à la fonderie en passant par l’atelier de production d’anodes, cette visite a permis à nos collaborateurs de mieux comprendre le rôle clé de Fives ECL dans cette industrie stratégique.
