Les 15 et 16 mars, 2 équipes Fives Cryo de Golbey (88) ont une nouvelle fois pris part au Perform In, le challenge inter-entreprises organisé chaque année par la Ville d'Épinal et la Communauté d'Agglomération d'Epinal. Dans un esprit d'équipe et de dépassement de soi, nos 36 participants ont affronté plusieurs entreprises vosgiennes à travers des épreuves variées : tchoukball, orientation nocturne, piscine, biathlon sur glace, VTT, … 🚵🏊♀️⛸️ Chez Fives, nous cultivons une culture d’entreprise dynamique où bien-être, cohésion et engagement sont au cœur de notre quotidien. Faces of Fives | Meet Lucas Maitrugue, Sales Engineer at Fives Cryo Inc. With a strong academic background in both science and business, Lucas joined Fives Cryomec for his final-year internship at ESTA School in 2023 before transitioning into his current role as a Sales Engineer. For the past 2 years, he has navigated between technical challenges, strategic negotiations, and customer relations, making his role both dynamic and rewarding. 🌎 Lucas is now preparing for an exciting new chapter in the U.S. at Fives Cryo Inc, where he will contribute to the expansion of Cryomec® pumps by strengthening customer relationships, participating in key industry events and supporting the growth of emerging sectors like liquid hydrogen and carbon capture. 📢“What I like and motivates me every day is being part of a Group that thinks and designs the world of tomorrow while addressing today’s environmental challenges”. Fives is executing a major contract for petrochemicals in Korea 🏭 As part of the construction of the largest ethylene plant ever built in the country, Fives is supplying 35 brazed heat exchangers. These exchangers are housed in two cold boxes: one weighing approximately 1,000 tons and a smaller one, which is leaving our factory for installation at the production site in South Korea. Additionally, three large-size core-in-drum items are also being supplied for the same project. To optimize manufacturing, shipping schedules, and costs, part of the construction is taking place directly in Asia under Fives' supervision. All heat exchangers have been manufactured in Golbey, France, some of them to be shipped to an assembly site in Asia, while others were fully assembled in Europe before final delivery to Korea in March 2025. Fives Cryomec has been awarded a contract by one of USA's largest distributor of nitrous oxide. The Swiss teams will provide 5 Cryomec® NLL centrifugal pumps mounted on trailers. 💡 Did you know? 🆕 “Fives Cryo expédie une boîte froide de 105 tonnes vers la Corée du Sud” titre Vosges Matin 🎤 Grivel Mickael Président de Fives Cryo explique : « Cette boîte froide va servir à fabriquer de l’éthylène utilisé dans la production des plastiques. » Elle sera installée sur le plus grand site de production d’éthylène en Corée du Sud. Elle s'inscrit dans un projet plus large, où Fives Cryo va fournir un total de 35 échangeurs de chaleur en aluminium brasé, deux boîtes froides, dont une de 1 000 tonnes, ainsi que trois core-in-drums. 📦 La boîte froide est en train d'être acheminée vers le port de Nancy Frouard NANCYPORT SAS où elle sera mise sur barge pour le port d'Anvers (Belgique) Port of Antwerp-Bruges, avant de prendre la mer vers sa destination finale.
