It was a pleasure to meet retail leaders such as LVMH, Kering and KIABI, as well as innovative startups like Splio, autone, Humanitics. 🛒 E-com x data : de l’IA partout mais pas pour n’importe quoi Clap de fin sur l'édition 2024 de la Paris Retail Week où l'on est venu alimenter notre e-commerce radar avec Manal Jourdain. On note un reframe dans le discours des solutions exposées face à des marchands plus que jamais en recherche de ROI. "Nous n'avons plus le luxe de faire de la tech pour de la tech" (Amandine Durr de Backmarket, dans sa conf sur les usages de l'IA pour améliorer l'expérience client), chaque use case doit être pensé pour améliorer sa topline et/ou réduire ses coûts. Quelques exemples de start-ups rencontrées et d'innovations data présentées par des plus grands : 🚚 La logistique s’empare du Retail Media - via son app de livraison géolocalisée, GLS - Tousfacteurs capitalise sur ses pages de tracking, consultées en moyenne 13 minutes par les client(e)s, pour proposer de nouveaux espaces publicitaires 👗 La reco de taille hyper-personnalisée - FRINGUANT continue d’améliorer son modèle pour recommander le produit qui correspond le mieux à la morphologie de chacun(e).
