🔹 We are pleased to announce the appointment of Udi Rajasekara (Uditha) as Country Director for Australia. Udi Rajasekara (Uditha)  brings nearly 15 years of international expertise in simulation technologies to Sogeclair. After joining the group in March 2022 as a Project Manager, he took on the role of Sales and Marketing Manager in October 2023, actively contributing to the company's business development.    Building on these experiences, Uditha has now been appointed Country Director for Australia in October 2024, with the mission of continuing the strategic development of the company in the region. 💬 "Stepping into this role, my focus is on shaping the strategic direction of our rail simulation business, balancing both immediate and long-term goals by expanding our portfolio into different industries.  I aim to drive operational excellence and promote collaboration to achieve group objectives and strengthen future leadership of the organization" Udi Rajasekara (Uditha) We wish him all the best in his new position.

🚴 #OurAthletesStories – Next Chapter: Charlène Chaix and Aurélien SOUBIRAN 🚴   As a continuation of #OurAthletesStories series, we’re sharing the journeys of Charlène and Aurélien, two determined athletes whose persistence has led to impressive results this season.   Just seven months after giving birth, Charlène made a remarkable return to competition at the #ExtremeMan Narbonne. Partnering with Aurélien, they completed a challenging course of 1950m swimming, 83km cycling, and a 21km run.   Keeping a steady pace, they powered through the final kilometers and crossed the finish line holding their son, surrounded by the cheers and support of their family. It was a emotional and unforgettable moment for everyone present - family, friends, and spectators alike.   With a total time of 4h35, they not only triumphed in the mixed duo category but also secured an outstanding 3rd place overall 🏅   On August 15th, Aurélien took on yet another challenge: the #Embrunman, one of the toughest XXL triathlons set in the heart of the Alps. Without the pressure of aiming for a specific time, he completed 3.8km of swimming, 185km of cycling with 4000m of elevation gain, and finished with a marathon. After 12 hours of both intense effort and enjoyment, he crossed the finish line, achieving a remarkable 100th place overall.   Their passion for sport and perseverance is inspiring, and they’re ready for more challenges ahead. Dashera celebration at Sogeclair 🎇 Our Indian teams gathered to celebrate Dashera, or Vijayadashami, a key festival in the Hindu calendar that marks the beginning of the festive season leading up to Diwali. To encourage team bonding and a strong #workplace culture, we hosted a Dandiya dance workshop 💃 This session allowed employees to explore cultural traditions, enjoy lively music, and connect with one another in a festive spirit. 💬 "It's always nice to recognize and celebrate such festivals to promote #inclusivity and build connections within the team."
