Designing for the ‘Human in the Loop’ 🤖👩💻 AI is reshaping the workplace, but it brings both excitement and fear… A recent Deloitte’s research shows that while 70% of employees are eager to delegate tasks to AI, while 28% also fear job replacement by AI. This creates a clear challenge for leaders and companies: “leverage AI’s full potential while addressing commonly held fears.” To move forward, companies must ensure that AI complements, rather than replaces, human skills. As Deloitte notes, “organizations that have successfully integrated AI demonstrate that human and business outcomes can improve when technology supports rather than replaces workers.” Creating safe spaces where employees can experiment with AI, and building a culture that advocates human-centric use of technology, are key actions to overcome resistance. Avec plus de 55 % des entreprises adoptant l'IA en 2023 (selon McKinsey), il devient essentiel de concilier éthique et innovation.
