    Launching this year's Kering Keys Retail China: A graduate program empowering young talent in Luxury. Our newest cohort of promising graduates has recently embarked on a transformative 21-month journey through the Kering luxury universe. The program offers a deep dive into key corporate and retail activities, including management, in store operations, and client experiences. This year's program kicked off with an opening ceremony at the Kering Shanghai office, uniting fresh talent with seasoned professionals including last year’s Kering Keys grads, HR experts, and retail leaders from Kering Houses.     Kering unveils Boucheron’s Quatre 5D Memory, imagined by Claire Choisne, Creative Director. This year, Boucheron accomplished the feat of encapsulating the sound of water for billions of years within its jewelry icon. The Maison now unveils the “Quatre 5D Memory” ring, born of cutting-edge innovation serving a creative and artistic dream. 'Quatre 5D Memory' is not just one, but three innovations combined within a single capsule creation. 1- An audio artwork developed in collaboration with IRCAM - Centre Pompidou. 2- A laser engraving data storage process called ‘5D Memory’ used to store the audio within a Boucheron Quatre ring. 3- A silica glass called Glassomer, with unique optical properties, to hold this precious message.     Kering announces the appointment of Stefano Cantino as CEO of Gucci, reporting to Francesca Bellettini, Deputy CEO of Kering in charge of Brand Development. Stefano Cantino, who joined Gucci in May 2024 as Deputy CEO and will have a seat on Kering’s Executive Committee, will succeed Jean-François Palus as of January 1, 2025. Jean-François Palus had been appointed CEO of Gucci in July 2023 with the main goal to set up the foundations of Gucci’s next chapter and hire key talents, including his successor. Francesca Bellettini declared: “I am deeply grateful to Jean-François for his dedication and loyalty to Gucci over this transitional period. I am confident that, building on what has been set up over the past 15 months, Stefano and the Gucci team will succeed in the mission to take Gucci back to the leadership the brand deserves.” François-Henri Pinault, Chairman and CEO of Kering, stated: “I wholeheartedly thank Jean-François for his achievements at the helm of Gucci since summer 2023.     The launch of Bottega Veneta’s collection of five luxury fragrances marks a milestone for Kering Beauté, as the first perfume creation and development with a Kering House since its inception. It also represents Matthieu Blazy’s inaugural incursion into the world of fragrance at Bottega Veneta. Created in 2023, Kering Beauté was founded with the clear ambition of building and leveraging the maximum potential of its Houses’ beauty category.  “We have among the most beautiful Houses in the luxury industry in the portfolio. (…) Beauty is a natural extension of the Kering Houses universe, and it was strategic for Kering to develop the expertise of beauty in house. In addition, we have a portfolio of very elevated brands.     Kering unveils Bottega Veneta’s first fragrance collection under the Creative Direction of Matthieu Blazy, marking a milestone as Kering Beauté’s first launch since its creation. Rooted in house heritage, the collection is inspired by Bottega Veneta’s origin city of Venice, as well as the Maison’s signature leather weave, the Intrecciato. Looking to Venice’s long-standing history as a hub of cross-cultural trade and encounter, each of the collection’s five fragrances was designed as a meeting of ingredients from different countries and continents. Just as Venice long bridged influences from North and South, East and West, this olfactory Intrecciato tells a global story, weaving 100% natural origin essences from different corners of the globe into evocative perfumes that captivate the senses and transport the imagination. #BottegaVeneta #KeringBeauté

    Kering is proud to announce that Jinqing Cai, President of Kering Greater China, has been honored with the title 'Chevalier de l'Ordre national du Mérite,' one of the highest civilian distinctions awarded by the French government. The medal ceremony took place at the Embassy of France in China on September 27th, with the ambassador Bertrand Lortholary presiding, acknowledging Jinqing Cai's significant contributions to the industry and the enhancement of Franco-Chinese business relations. This prestigious award is testament to the remarkable work Jinqing does and is a powerful reflection of Kering's leadership presence in China and the active role we play in the luxury fashion community there.
