"L-Acoustics was specifically requested for this tour. It's the system I feel most comfortable with after years of working with it, mixing for other artists," shares Philip Harvey, FOH Engineer for Keane. Celebrating the 20th anniversary of their album "Hopes and Fears," Keane embarked on a UK arena tour. The tour, spanning six arenas for seven shows, demanded a concert sound system capable of delivering both whisper-quiet moments and full-on, high-energy peaks with equal clarity and power. To meet these challenges head-on, Keane's team turned to L-Acoustics and their Certified Provider, Solotech Inc. The solution came in the form of a comprehensive K Series configuration. The concert touring system featured 16 K1 + 6 K2 per side for the main L/R hangs, 16 K2 each for side hangs, and eight K3 for the 180° hangs per side of line array speakers, complemented by eight flown KS28 subwoofers in a cardioid configuration per side toed out 30° with 18 ground-stacked KS28 subwoofers in a cardioid sub-arc array, and more. Garth Brooks, music legend and diamond-selling artist, is bringing a four-story, 55,000-square-foot Friends In Low Places Bar & Honky-Tonk live music venue in downtown Nashville equipped with an A Series system, with his wife Trisha Yearwood! 🔊 The new venue is outfitted with an A Series concert sound system and a DiGiCo Quantum22s console at front of house, complete with a MADI-ready MQ-Rack stage box. The full system was designed and installed by Clair Global Integration (CGI), the permanent installation division of the star’s longtime sound-reinforcement tour provider, Clair Global. "Our goal is to elevate the production-value level of the entire sound experience here, making it closer to what you'd expect from a concert rather than a club," he says.
