What a great first day at the NADCA Exhibition in Indianapolis! We were happy to meet with so many industry peers, being able to reconnect and work on projetcs. Going the extra 3,200 miles to keep the wheels of industry turning. When an an aluminium smelter in Iceland urgently needed an immersion heater, we combined specialist knowledge, technical expertise and customer service to get production back up-and-running. Within just 15 hours we had the immersion heater manufactured in Lentilly, France, transported to Paris CDG airport and then delivered to their site in Iceland. Immersion heaters are a critical component in maintaining quality in aluminium production. If the aluminium temperature drops, the quality diminishes resulting in significant financial losses. Shaun B. from our Lyon-based digital team personally handled the collection and airport hand-off in Paris. From there Paulina Zielinska , who our digital team in Iceland, ensured the heater was safely transported and delivered directly to the customer’s facility. Huge thanks to our supplier partner Lethiguel for their production speed, and support with the necessary export paperwork. Always great to work with companies that share our commitment to supporting European manufacturing!

We are thrilled to attend the upcoming NADCA in Indianapolis, and thankful for the opportunity to present the results of our work in developing an outstanding electric melting technology for aluminum.
